Awesome meal, I really liked their fried fish with apricot sauce. Definitely one of the best items, their shrimp dip appetizer is delicious.

I've sat at the bar both times because they get kind of packed but it's not a bad spot.

Easily one of the best in Columbia. It’s a great place for special occasions or appetizers and drinks on a night out. In the heart of downtown and their food never disappoints. My husband is obsessed with the Flounder (which comes with bones and usually sells out). We enjoyed the fried deviled eggs and fried asparagus (new one for me). Tonight we tried the blood orange martini, blueberry mojito, and beef tips as well as the spice rubbed chicken entree. Yum!

*** 3/23/24 Returned to celebrating my dear friend's 50th birthday at Cola’s, and it was a delightful experience. The staff made the occasion extra special by acknowledging his birthday and offering warm wishes. The food was simply delicious, with the flounder being the standout dish for me – it's truly the best. We also enjoyed the shrimp Savannah, which was worth a try. Cola’s is a fantastic dinner spot with a menu that caters to any palate, offering fresh and flavorful dishes. I highly recommend it for a memorable dining experience."

Recently had a family dinner at Cola's, and it was an outstanding experience! The food was served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The flounder, in particular, stood out - perfectly seasoned, fried to a crisp, and simply the best. The portions were sizable, ensuring everyone left satisfied. The ambiance and dining area added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. I highly recommend Cola's for anyone seeking a delightful dining experience with fantastic food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Our waiter, George, was very personable and checked in often to ensure our dining experience went well. For a Wednesday night, the restaurant was pretty busy. We made reservations a couple of days beforehand, thankfully. We ordered brussel sprouts for our appetizer, porkchops with collards/mac&cheese and flounder/grits for our entrees. The brussel sprouts were really sweet but nice and crispy....texture was perfect. Otherwise, I look forward to visiting again soon!

I love this restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing! The food is delicious! Everything I've tried here has been unbelievable! Brussel spouts, calamari, trout.....ahhhhmazing!!

Had a wonderful experience in June 2023 at Cola’s. My husband and I showed up without a reservation on a Friday evening for dinner around 7. There weren’t any regular tables immediately available but was seated at a high top table in the bar area. That worked out well for us. Had the calamari appetizer and Brussel sprout appetizer and both were great! Ordered the Raspberry Lemonade cocktail and it was 😘. The service was wonderful though out and our server in particular was very knowledgeable, attentive and personable. I had the spiced chicken as my main course with sweet potatoes and collards and I enjoyed every bite. Will ba back!

This was my first time going to Cola’s and they did not disappoint!! Gabby was our waitress and she was absolutely awesome!!! Since it was our first time there, she went over items on the menu and told us which items were the most popular. I had the Deviled eggs and the Honey Chipotle Salmon with Sweet Potato Grits and Asparagus. Everything was delicious and the customer service was awesome!! I will definitely be going back!!

I celebrated my 49th birthday here and it was an awesome experience!! The food was really flavorful!!! The service was great and the ambiance was really nice!! I will definitely be going back again!!!

Excellent service, atmosphere, and food! The lights were dim, the Cola Cosmo was perfect and only $10.50. The Caesar salad was delicious with homemade OMG dressing and the chicken Milanese was to die for. I will be craving this meal. We will definitely be back soon!

It was my second time here, it was so scrumptious last time, and today I bring my family along with me, from the drink, appetizer, entrees and the dessert... The favorite, the sauce, to the presentation all on the point. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Wow this was good. I ordered the special of the day: Honey Chipotle Pan Seared Salmon, with Asparagus and Sweet Potato Grits. It was incredible. I sat at the bar and was waited on. The staff is ultra friendly. If going for a party of 4 or more, I recommend going early. The place can generate a wait relatively quick.

What a fantastic restaurant. The place is a must for anyone who has not had the chance to eat there. A beautifully decorated restaurant with bare brick and tin ceiling. The service was absolutely perfect and the food, well..... I have over 7.5 views on my Google and I hope all of them see this. The food was delicious, as good as it gets. The muscles were 100 💯 perfect! My whole crispy flounder with an apricot sauce was delicious! The BBQ grilled Salmon was cooked to perfection and the oysters I could eat all night.

My family and I LOVE COLA'S!!!! I have never had a bad meal here! All their food is delicious, and it is a great place for a fun date night out. The service and atmosphere are awesome!

Cola's is a nice quaint restaurant located in downtown Columbia off Assembly. Walking distance from the Vista and Main Street. The beautiful original brick of the building is exposed throughout.
It was a Friday night and thankfully I made reservations about 2 weeks ago. People were turned away left and right unless they could find a seat at the bar. We know this all too well as we have strolled in once before thinking we were going to be seated at a dinning table. NOT! Amateurs we were. Lol. We were perfectly ok with the bar as the service was great there too. Anywho back to this experience. It is Worth the Reservation. Ours was 6:15pm. We arrived a little early. I checked us in and we sat and chilled on the couch. About 6:12 the hostess sat us at our table. Our server Matthew M was polite and very knowledgeable of the menu items. He actually suggested my entree. The service he provided was immaculate. We felt as if we were his only patrons. Of course we weren't, but that's how great he was checking on us, refilling our drinks, and clearing away plates. We indulged in the Southern Fried Devil Eggs as our appetizer. OMG a must try! My husband was very pleased with his Braised Beef Short Ribs, Grits, Gravy, Glazed Carrots, and Ice Cold Draft Beer. I had the Spiced Rubbed Chicken, a side of Mac & Cheese, Braised Greens, Sweet Potato with Pecan Butter, and two Lemon Drops. We ate off each other's plate. All were seasoned perfectly. The Collards were amazing. My mom would love. Kudos to the Kitchen Staff. I was slurping my Cocktails down like lemonade and boy did it do a sneak attack. Lol
Overall we felt full and very satisfied walking out with our leftovers for later. We will be back real soon.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Columbia. I’ve been coming here for years and before this location existed we went to their old location down in five points. I highly recommend the whole fried flounder with apricot reduction.

I recently attended a group event, both the service and food were excellent. Our party of about 30 created a challenge for the staff, as we stood, mingled, and gave speeches. They flawlessly ensured we had replenished drinks, quickly removed empty plates and glasses, filled water, all while not interrupting the speeches. I was very impressed. The baby lettuce salad, chicken milanese and chocolate torte were all excellent, and my drink choice made perfectly. I was greeted warmly when I entered, thanked when I left, and the bar staff was quick, friendly and efficient. The restrooms are exceptionally clean, bright and well stocked. Great job by all.

We had a very intimate wedding dinner here. Absolutely beautiful space, with a custom menu. They have a small private room, that can accommodate up to 30.
The food was spectacular. My favorite was the shrimp and risotto cake. It was pan seared perfectly. The filet mignon was seasoned and cooked to perfection.
The date for the occasion was printed on the menus, which was a nice touch.
And the service was top notch. Very friendly and helpful. They provided clean silverware for each course, never having to ask for it.
This is a perfect location for a fine dining, small intimate, occasion.
Parking in the lot next door was very easy. We did have to pay for parking on the app.

Went on a double date a few ago and Cola’s did not disappoint. While the atmosphere was a tad loud for my liking the food was excellent. I had shrimp and grits and my husband had the salmon. Both were delicious. We will return.

We had an amazing experience at Cola's. We sat at the bar and the service was excellent. More importantly, the food was out of this world. I had the filet mignon and my husband had the special Honey Chipotle Salmon and they were fantastic and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be returning.

Outstanding upscale dining experience; first class service, freshly prepared food, large portions-especially given the high quality of the entrees, lively atmosphere, large bar area...can't wait to get back here again, highly recommend!
