Palmetto Gardens

Just a great place to live. Only had one problem with water pressure and when I reported it Wanda had plumbers out that very evening. Great neighbours and a great location. I did want to say thank you to Wanda. She is a very sweet person. If you need a place place to live please...come here.

I love this place! It's so quite and close to everything. I've never had a problem with anybody here. The few problems I've had have been taken care of with a day by John. Kitchen is a bit small but for 2 people it's fine. Yeah, whoever painted made some mistakes but I really like it here.

It's a Great Community, Great staff especially the property Manager Mrs. Wanda. Friendly, and courteous service. I have been there almost two years ,and it's been great! I would recommend to all family ,and friends if your looking for a great , quiet, and convenient location to live Palmetto Gardens is the place.

I only 5 starred it so ppl would read. I have not been at these apartments for 30 days yet. When i received my keys I was reassured that the carpet guys would come the following week to change all carpet because there were red stains throughout the unit. Only after I had to tell Nikki that I was not putting an area rug or nothing else down to cover the stains. The floor when you walk in is totally weak and feels like it will cave in at any moment. Their maintenance guy name Bruce came to my unit 2x to unclog the bathroom sink which was by the way clogged when I got there...to only still be clogged. I bought draino and it worked with no problem. My carpet still have not been replaced and on Saturday past I was on my way to bed only to find everything on it soaking set because the ceiling was leaking. The entire unit looks like the structure will just cave in any day. I said all of that to say she will not give me back my months rent when I have been complaining and complaining since I got here about the issues. Pan the ceiling fan shacks and sound like it will fall at any given moment. I can go on and on about Nikki the property manager there and her nasty sneaky ways. Just a warning if u still plan to come here just dont let Nikki sucker you into moving in without everything u see wrong fixed first. Oan the paint job that Bruce did is horrible. Spots are not even painted, he painted some of the ceiling and the doors look like i have a 3 year old in my home, thays how nasty it is. So I would suggest moving or considering somewhere else. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO LIVE UNLESS YOU COME FROM SOMEWHERE LIKE THE SLUMPS AND DONT MIND MOVING TO THE SLUMPS. There may be some residents that is very happy here because they were here before Nikki came and dont have to deal with her, but certain ppl can forget it if you get my drift. She still haven't even said nothing about fixing the roof. Oan and refuse to provide me with her corporate number...What kind of mess is that???

Such a beautiful place to live. The on-site manager is very welcoming, knowledgeable and patience. I highly recommend this place.

Great neighborhood to live in

Currently under new management as off late 2022, the leasing manager Amanda is nice and will work with you. But constantly has issues with finding maintenance workers that are trustworthy and constant. And apparently anyone with a decent credit history and enough money for 1st months rent can live there. As long as you have a non-violent criminal history. Otherwise for the apartments themselves, they’re not worth their price despite the newest renovations, lots of structural issues. The townhouses have even worse structural issues. Otherwise my time there was decent after having the untrustworthy maintenance guys quit. But if you’ve got the money for it and decent security, this place is okay for you.

Okay place. Not up to standards with their dated kitchen appliances.

Charge to much rent and when you can only pay when ss check comes in the Charge more middle of the month

This place is a dump!!! All you do is get lied to.... Office wont answer your questions. Will not fix nothing that needs to be fixed. Lived there for 6 weeks. Unit had a leak the whole time. They told me I could move or continue with the leak. Left due to my health as the place had mold and mildew. Had to pay $300 for a pet deposit. Now they refuse to give me the $300 deposit back plus trying to charge an additional $125. Wont tell me what the pet treatment was for. BEWARE DO NOT MOVE TO THIS DUMP!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS. Wouldn't even want my worst enemy to live in a dump like this.

Same here...I wasn't going to live there a whole year...HATE IT...the floor cracks, the painting is horrific, there's no place to put yur pots & pans & spoons & forks bc the drawers are wayyy to small...the bathroom sink was leaking after several times they thought they fix it...just like the other past tentit saids others may feels comfortable staying there but not me I'm a neat freak, very OCD...I was going to break my lease anyway...paying almost $700 ain't worth it LIVING IN A DUMP
