Went here and they were VERY strict about trying anything on.. I walked out of the fitting room in my OWN shirt I had worn into the store to grab the rest of the items I wanted to try on as they limit it, and the employee yelled at me as if I was stealing saying, “what about that one? You need to put that back?” I was like its MY shirt… no apology either when I showed her the tag was from another store. Another time they SCREAMED about masks the second I stepped in. The mandate had been lifted at the time, and I just hadn’t had time to put it on as most places weren’t enforcing it anymore. I walked right out. So rude and judgy every single time I’ve gone in there.

I was shopping at this rainbows and who I believe was the manager kept harassing me about the car sitting outside that just dropped me off (which was an Uber) asking me if that was my car…she went outside to confront my Uber because he was getting ready to leave but he had to put some information in his phone letting Uber know I was at my destination. And she came back inside talking about him just completely disrespectful…made me not want to shop there because I felt like I was next to be talked about…everyone was just talking and gossiping about my Uber driver and it made me uncomfortable.

I stuff is Wonderful. I was very much and p impressed with almost everything in the store. All But the Staff! I went with my 10 year old niece Miranda Ann Bush and the cashier was yelling that she had put something on the wrong Shelf like we had took something off the shelf and put it back on a shelf but not the right show. How ever also there was also a young teenager standing over everything we did watching every move we make she look very unhappy but she was not rude but however it was uncomfortable for her to stand over us while we shop and pick things out I have very little time so I had ran around and grabbed like seven or eight items for my niece to look at trying to encourage her to buy a pair of jeans but my child felt like she was in trouble and didn't want to shop there didn't want to touch anything on any show after being yelled at by somebody she didn't know for something as simple as putting a t-shirt on the wrong Shelf I thought she was yelling at the other teenager standing beside us to put the shirt on a different shelf or clean up our mess but now she was yelling at the child I was with who yells at a child it's Christmas I put a half my stuff back and I was also asked not to return anything back to the store even though I have a receipt so of course I put a half of everything back you told me I couldn't return it you also told me I couldn't try anything long God forbid me to buy something for the child and did not fit I couldn't return it or I couldn't buy anything for anybody because it couldn't be returned so yes of course I put mostly everything back

I come here an shop regularly.. The selection is great!! Too Bad it’s tarnished by the disgusting attitude of the staff not all just too many to ignore .. An it seems the managers don't get trained on how to speak to guest either which isn’t very professional.. My 2 little girls were treated like adults over not wearing a mask. when I the adult had on a Mask an I let the manager know my child has a breathing issue an she was like oh well this is privately owned... my daughter started crying

Will never shop at this place very rude people. Should have left rugged warehouse way better in my opinion.

Really bad service. They kept following around the store and couldn’t show peacefully. They kept whispering stuff under there breath. Really nasty attitude. Not a good place to shop at.

I went in with my 4 month old to go shopping and didn’t have my stroller. I went in with the cart from petco and they refused to let in to shop so never again will I go in there

Employees are very rude and nasty. The selection of clothes here are ok. I prefer to shop online rather than deal with the employees.
