i always really liked going to harbor freight as 1st time I ever went was with my dad at the only location at that time. An every since then I have gone back when I have the time & money because I know I am like a kid at a candy store with all the selection of tools that they have. It has made it a lot easier being that now there is a location closer but still for me its about having enough money cause as they are descent prices I still need enough money to spend as i am not going to browse around the store. I never have liked looking at stuff I wasn't buying or could buy cause to me what is the point. I will say that they have a selection of tools and you just have to decide what you are willing to spend because going to cheap will just cost you in the end.

Ladies, if you place value on financial security do not allow your husband to enter unaccompanied. Might be best to just keep him far far away actually.

Great store for cheap tools. When basic tools will do the job and expensive tools are not needed. Decent selection of various tools and accessories.

Love this place I've gotten a few welders here before just now bought me a plasma art cutter everybody there is always so nice a lady friend Janet is a friend of one of the workers they always help us out when we're in need great place to shop guys

I love this place and the employees there are super nice too. You can definitely find some really good deals there. The only downfall is I never get a basket when I first walk in. I should know better...

Fantastic, we bought over $500 worth of stuff because of the staff, cleanliness and overall Good Vibes at this store. We will certainly be driving the extra miles to come here instead of our usual Harbor Freight. Thanks Tim and the rest of the Great Staff.

Really good place to get cheap tools all the Employees or very friendly

While I really dislike the travel time (sure wish we had one in Shepherdsville), I like the fact that they almost always have what I an going after (probably 97% of the time). They staff is always courteous and friendly, and they don't mind answering questions.

New location. Store was clean and well-organized. Staff was friendly and able to answer my questions. They often send out a coupon page for various products. Also had a 20 percent off one item coupon. Was able to use a coupon on the nailer and also the 20 percent off coupon on the other regular priced item. Haven't used the products yet. I didn't buy brand name so if they aren't good, I will update my review. However, my 70 year old neighbor buys alot and she is always satisfied with their products and recommended the store.

I've only shopped at Harbor Freight one time. The employees, and some of the customers too, were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
An employee at Walmart had been kind of rude, so I left dissatisfied with my visit (like I almost always am these days when I leave this Walmart). On my way home, I decided to stop at Harbor Freight just to see what kind of prices they had. I'm glad I did. The item I bought was $30 more at Walmart. Also, Harbor Freight has clearance items, coupons, and other incentives. I was able to get a deal because of a coupon a customer showed me. The customer left the store before I was ready to check out, so I didn't have the coupon, but an employee searched till he found it, which was very helpful and much appreciated. I will shop at Harbor Freight again.
