as someone who has severe anxiety, I can't say enough great things about this place. the front desk ladies are amazing, very kind & polite, even went out of their way to find places that took my insurance & made sure my referral was sent & received. I was back quick, the dental assistant (I can't remember his name) but he was very comforting & understanding of my anxiety & took breaks to make sure i was ok & comfortable. same with Dr. Kratz she took the time to give me plenty of options of the work that needs to be done & made sure I was aware of all of them. over all it was a great experience & this place has made me more comfortable & less anxious about my upcoming appointment.

also just an FYI if you don't confirm your appointment it will be canceled, a few people had issues with that while I was in the waiting room. so make sure you confirm your appointment!

I'm confused by all these reviews. All I can say is everyone has bad days and everyone has an opinion. Me myself I happen to LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my dentist! They are helpful,kind,and makee feel like they actually care. They are consistent as well. I made an app and was put on the call list for any cancellations. Anywhere else I've done that I never heard back but not these guys. TI wouldn't go anywhere else!

Always friendly. The dentist and her assistant are always gentle and always make it a better dental experience than most that I've been to. Happy I found this place.

I took my son needing a cleaning badly after 5 years not having insurance, he said they went in and got it all; he loved the experience no wait time at all! Arrived by appointment time and was seen right away !

I have a horrible fear of going to dentist until today I'm 51 and have been to several dentist.. She was amazing very kind professional and extremely gentle. I'm excited to find her, staff was great as well. Highly recommend going here.

Made a appointment for my son which took months. Got the confirmation text. Replied yes confirmation. Got a confirmation call and told them yes he would be there. Got there the day of the appointment and they said they had no confirmation from me. Showed them the text. They told me I had to wait to see if anyone canceled because they didn't get the confirmation. So instead fitting him in because they messed up we waited a hour and then left. Do better. Some people have to take of work for a appointment.

Don’t come here it’s a waste of time. They say there waiting for insurance. But I’m pretty sure it dose t take 4 months. Literally if you have passport or any type of free insurance don’t come here. The dentist office also looks janky. Poor quality
