I've gone to the same dentist for 20+ years. When she closed her office, I was nervous to find another one I could connect with. Today was my first visit at Vista Smiles and it was such a pleasant experience. From the front desk staff to the dentist, everyone went the extra mile to ensure I was knowledgeable and comfortable during the appointment. I'd highly recommend Vista Smiles to everyone in the Columbia area.

Very pleasant and clean atmosphere. Everyone from the front desk, to hygienist assistant, to hygienist, and doctor were great. Great attitudes, polite, and listens to your needs! Highly recommend! Today was my cleaning before I had my new patient consultation. In between visits I received a very thoughtful card from Teesha. On my consultation day she made me feel very at ease and less embarrassed about my teeth since it had been a while since being seen.

I've never had a great dental experience until my husband and I started going here! The very efficient, professional reception starts at the door! The office manager, Anne always available to ease financial worries. The xray tech and hygienist makes you feel like family by remembering who you are at every visit. Dr. Phillips and his assistant made closing my 30 plus years front tooth gap looks like I never had a gap! Always making sure I'm comfortable and pain free. We're so thankful for the entire staff 😊

My first time visiting Vista Smiles. The experience was truly amazing. The staff was very friendly and the doctor explained the details of my problem thoroughly. I was truly impressed with the experience that I had. I will be making Vista Smiles my permanent place to come for my dental needs. GREAT JOB to the entire staff!

They were ready for me when I got there. They took great care of me. When I needed a break, I received one with no hesitation. Dr. Bell continuously check on me to make sure that I was alright. Everyone was great! Great job, thanks a lot!!!

If you are looking for a dentist look no further! The team at Vista SMILES is absolutely amazing!!! From setting the appointment all the way thru to check out was flawless. They have it TOGETHER! The office is a little hard to find but it’s worth it.

I’ll try not to write a book but honestly speaking I have had horrible stories at every dental office until I stumbled upon this office. I felt heard and understood and for me that is MAJOR. Most dentists will tell you what they want to do and not hear what you’re looking for HOWEVER, Dr. Wesley Phillips heard my request and made a plan that best fit me and my financial state.

The office staff is kind and professional. The office is very tidy and clean AND their swag bags are the cutest!!!

YES, they are the best Columbia has to offer. YES, they will work with your budget! YES, they take kids. YES, they take most insurances and YES, they have a referral program. Soooo do mention me, Sabrina M and thennn start making money on your own by referral all your friends and family. YOU won’t be disappointed 😊

Going in I had a lot of anxiety but the staff was so kind. Very thorough about walking me through step by step what they were doing. Showing me what was going on and providing me with step by step plan on getting things taken care of. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bernetta Bell is an excellent dentist! She makes you feel welcome with the utmost care & concern about her patients! Whatever problems that I need assistance with, she makes sure I get them! Dr. Bell assistant, Wanda is an excellent assistant! Wanda also, make you feel comfortable & welcome! Wanda provides everything I need to get done with my dental care! I think Dr. Bell & Wanda makes a great team!

Today was indeed a good experience. I had my crown placed on the left side and will return later to have one placed on the right side. Yay

I have EXTREME dental anxiety and this office was not only accommodating to get me in for a same day appointment, but took the time to really put me at ease and give me an immediate referral to an endodontist!

The best dental visit that I ever had. I am 73 years old. The experience was very enjoyable, (a dental visit). Every one was so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable especially Chanel T.
