DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jackson

Recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great Service!!!! ALL the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and Jackie was a SUPER server !!!

Hotel is old and needs a facelift but everything functional. Staff was great. The bar and restaurant employees were some of the best. Good food good service.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. I arrived from Memphis earlier than expected, and the front desk were very accommodating with letting me get some work done in the business center before my room was ready. Victoria in the bar was SUPER friendly and went above and beyond taking care of all the people in the bar. I have experience managing bars, and she is an absolute gem. All of the restaurant staff were very friendly and super nice, and I wish I could commend them by name. Even the maintenance staff went out of their way to say hello, and make sure everything was top-notch. I’m a diamond member and travel almost every week in the year, and I was impressed with the service. I will stay here from now on when I venture to Jackson, TN.

This makes the second time my wife and I have stayed here. The location is great and so is the staff. If you're in Jackson Tennessee, then I highly recommend staying here.

I absolutely loved the stay here! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It was easy to check in using my mobile Hilton app for a digital key. The following morning, I went to the breakfast at Twist and was delighted by a friendly woman who took care of everyone who was arriving. She went the extra mile and I’d really appreciate. Coming from working at a Hilton property in Nashville. This was the true definition of great hospitality. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

King suite had 290 sq ft and was furnished for a small gathering with sofa, bar, barstools, sink, mini fridge, and microwave all for a little more than $250 including a good hot breakfast buffet of eggs 2 ways, 2 kinds of sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, plus fresh grapes and strawberries and good coffee. Continental breakfast was free. I chose the buffet when booking for ~$10 extra. Hotel was tucked away and not easily seen from the road so not noisy. Needed GPS to find. Not far off I-40 though. Bed was very comfortable and their restaurant looked nice but had stopped for dinner about 2 miles from there not knowing about it.

We book here often! It's an obviously aged property, but it's always clean and the staff is always nice. The DoubleTree is typically our first choice because of their restaurant being dependable! We have never had a bad experience, other than the knocking of housekeeping, regardless of specified check out time. 😬

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant and also at check-in, you get these delicious, warm cookies that are irresistible! The rooms are spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The workout center is nice as well. This is our go-to hotel when we're in Jackson, TN. While you're there, dine in at Twisted restaurant and enjoy a delicious meal. Go ahead and book a room. You won't be disappointed!!!

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. If you want the Breakfast that is advertised as included the person who's name is on the room must join the Honors program and list any guests to get the free Breakfast. The beds and pillows are super comfy! Would definitely stay at this location again.

Exceptional from the minute we checked in until we checked out! The employees were wonderful & extremely friendly & very helpful. We did not have a reservation and had just stopped for the night here and walked in asking if any rooms were available. I am handicap & my husband requested a room if possible near an elevator & they were able to accommodate his request with no problem. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, very clean & fresh. Bathroom was spotless. Nice having microwave, refrigerator, coffee in room. TV with plenty of channels to enjoy. Indoor/outdoor pool. Restaurant inside hotel that was very nice, comfortable, casual, nice menu variety from appetizers, pizza, salads, and complete dinners. The prices were all really reasonable & you got plenty of food and everything tasted so good. The server we had in the restaurant was the best server we have ever had ANYWHERE! Her name was LATRESHA and we have never met or been taken care of by anyone like her. Her personality, her expert skill (never wrote our order down - even though everything we ordered was specialized - and had it totally correct). Our drinks never ran dry, she called us by name (she never asked us our names, she picked them up from listening to us when we ordered & used our children's names when we were helping them.), she continually checked on us, made sure our food was good, etc. This lady was amazing. Checkout in the morning was quick & easy. Very friendly desk associate, got our bill quickly & she was very personable & happy to help us with some directions, etc. The parking lot was very spacious, had ample handicap accessible parking spots & was very well lit. Plenty of stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc located close by the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel for business travel & pleasure!

The room was clean and cozy. The bed was quite comfortable.
The room had a safe, an iron/ ironing board, a hair dryer and plenty of closet space.
The check in was easy and they offered a complimentary Cookie and drink when I arrived.
There is fresh coffee service on the ground floor
There is also a restaurant.
I will give them a thumbs up!

LOVE THIS HOTEL. The GM & staff are so accommodating and will help you the best they can. I highly recommend. In a good area of Jackson, too. The restaurant & heated pool is a bonus. :)

We were able to book a room on short notice due to weather and was very pleased with the process. William took our phone call and wasn't the nicest on the phone, but he was a little nicer when we got there. The room was really clean and nice and the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were not the greatest, but they were okay. We had an issue with the extension cord behind the bed and asked the desk and the maintenance guy was so nice and quick and was able to fix the problem really quickly. We were very pleased with the whole process and will stay again when and if in the area.

My room on the 5th floor was newly updated and clean. Which is what matters the most to me. I had everything I needed and this hotel offers room service for dinner.
Seriously the most comfortable bed I've ever been in!!! If you like pillow top and a mattress that feels like it's hugging you stay here!
