Hooters

Went here a week ago, food and service was good.
They wasn't busy, took awhile to get my order but it was delish.

Great food, and the Wiff always get lit 🔥 off the great drinks 🍸 😋 👌

What appreciate the most is they always have at least 2 hosts at the table ready to seat people, never a long wait I mean unless it's a bunch of baseball or football teams eating at the same place that's expected to be a little wait..even then 15-20 minutes tops ..Food is so fulfilling, atmosphere casual nice size TV's for sports of your choice..I love it here most importantly you'll see random managers checking on the guests to make sure their food tastes like expected ..Things like this keeps me as a regular

I got some fried pickles and wings for my wife to go. The service was great. Food was really good. I'm positive we'll be back.

Bone in wings, cheese fries and chicken tacos. Everything was very good. Our waitress was training and was a very attentive waitress.

We finally made it to the last Hooters we hadn’t visited in the area. Unbeknownst to us, they had just opened after their remodel. When I say “just opened”, the doors had been open for a half hour. In fact, there were still construction personnel working on the roof and on some of the landscaping.

We were immediately greeted by a hostess and directed to our table. It’s nice that the new stools (we prefer the high-top tables) are now padded. The wooden stools that Hooters has had for years, but can get ungodly uncomfortable in a short amount of time.

The update atmosphere was a welcome update. Not so reliant on the wood paneling motif, there are now painted walls and some brick accents. Very nice touch. Booths have replaced a lot of the tables, and the tall tables come in a variety of basic wood and Hooters/Surfer related graphic tops. The construction was mostly done, in fact, because there were still hints of “things we need to get done”, as in blue paint tape, areas that needed to be touched up, and construction dust in a few places. That’s not really a complaint, though, because this restaurant and its staff were ready to get back to business.

Our server was Jessica, and she was spot-on with the food recommendations and drink refills. The fried pickles (this is the ONLY place my wife will eat pickles) were served hot and fresh. I prefer the Remoulade sauce the other Hooters serves to accompany their pickles as opposed to whatever sauce the locations around here use, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying them. My wife had Sliders, I had original wings. Our entrees were served hot…and I mean h-o-t and were exactly what we were expecting from Hooters. Jessica stood and talked to us for quite a while, which is not something you often get at other full-service restaurants. When a manager stopped by to ask how we were doing, all we could say was “GREAT!”.

We bought at Hooters 2017 Calendar. It’s something we’ve done for about the last 5 years. The calendars come with dozens (perhaps over a hundred) of pictures of Hooters girls from across the country, and inside is a sheet of coupons that can be used on a monthly basis. That alone justifies the $15 cost of the calendar, because throughout the year you’ll get close to $100 in free/discounted food. The last couple years they’ve also allowed you to purchase a calendar to have sent to someone serving in our Armed Forces. You get to send a note along with it, thanking the recipient for their services. All of the Hooters girls on staff will sign your calendar, too. We’ve taken to taking ours to different locations to get as many signatures as possible.

Seldom a restaurant chain to disappoint, this was yet another GREAT visit to Hooters. From the fast seating to the newly updated environment to the great service to the tasty food, Hooters remains one of our favorite restaurant chains.

Haven't been back here in a while. Their food was good this time, had a groupon so it made it worth it. Glad they changed the kids menu but not enough mac&cheese for my daughter. Did take out so dont know about sit down service but the take out was fast and friendly.

Wings were good. Price was a little crazy but since Biden everything is. Trish our server was spot on. Friendly efficient and pretty.

Just wanted to stop by and brag about Summer. Her personally behind the bar is Outstanding. She isn't just a beautiful lady, but she represents Hooters with class!! She knows how to upsale food, work her crowd, and communicate with servers. This woman isn't your everyday bartender that just slang drinks. I'm Thankful to have had her as my bartender. She is the kind of bartender that makes you become a regular.

Great staff, great a management, great food. I was like this is how hooters is supposed to be!!!!

I ordered online. It was 1 pm when I went to get the food. I went inside and the server who greated me was very friendly. She told me to go to the bar to pick up the carry out. When getting to the bar there were 2 servers there. Both had big smiles and very friendly. My food had just came up and was ready for pick up. My food order was correct. Food overall was good. No complaints. Of all the restaurants I have been to in a while, this one is tops for customer service and putting a smile on your face.

Great food and reasonable prices and open late, people like me who still work nightshift gotta eat too. Whole world practically revolves around people that only work dayshift. It's nice that some restaurants like hooters are still open late for people like me.

Their pretzel bites and mozzarella cheese sticks were awesome. Best pretzel bites I've had in a long time and the pull on the cheese sticks were long and yummy. We had several different wings and they were all good.

Ms. Brittany is an AMAZING restaurant manager! My order (take out) to no fault of the chef was made different from what I am use to. Without hassle she listened to my concern and told me not to worry and that it'll be correct when I return to get my new order. In times like this, her expertise, and customer service is hard to come by. THANK YOU again Ms. Brittany for your world-class service.

Probably one of the better Hooter's in the area. Staff is friendly and service is quick. The waitresses don't constantly come up every other minute asking how things are. For me personally, the less I see a waitress, the more I tip. To the gents in the kitchen y'all do an amazing job. Keep up the good work. 9.7 out of 10

Wow!! I’ve been to many many Hooters all across America over the years but #Preston, KY has been the best personal experience I have ever had. Summer was amazing and made my customer experience very fun and engaging. I’ll be coming back here quite often now!!!!

The wings were so good. Our server Serria was very friendly and even though they were short handed like so many restaurants, she always checked on us! Will definitely go back!!

Just as I remembered from many years ago. Excellent wings, shrimp tacos, and drinks. The woman bartender was a treasure.
