Buying furniture from Royal Furniture has been one of the easiest & most professional processes we've ever gone through. We bought a sectional and a recliner right before the New Year's weekend & we already got our furniture on Thursday the next week. Dana was so easy to work with & got us approved with 0 down and a great monthly payment. She made sure to call us when she had a delivery setup. On top of that, the drivers even called us when they were an hour out from us. Thank you so much Dana, we love our new furniture!

Be sure to ask for Susie Clark when you shop at Royal Furniture!! I have made a couple of purchases and Susie has played a major role in my shopping experience. She is so pleasant and helpful. Susie really goes out of her way to assist you. Also, I definitely recommend Royal’s items because they truly are great quality. My first item ever purchased was a bed in 2016 and to this day in 2023 my bed is still in Great condition 👍🏾 I have not shopped with any other furniture store. Alice took great care of me and my husband when we came in looking for a sectional. She wasn't pushy (which I appreciate), and she was kind enough to text me exact measurements of a sectional we had liked. I'm impressed that she remembered which one we had picked out. We came back a few weeks later and purchased it, and she was awesome. She got us set up with financing, and I should be getting a call tomorrow to set up delivery. I recommend asking for Alice when you walk in! She will get you squared away.

Dana was very helpful and friendly! She wasn't pushy and let me decide on the furniture I liked vs other places I have been where they were just trying to make a sale. She was very patient , took the time to get me approved and we LOVE our new couch and recliner! Definitely would recommend going to see her

I love this store. We had a very bad experience with Ashley Furniture in Jackson and ended up at Royal. Not only did we get a great deal on a leather sectional but they assisted in us getting a full refund from the other company. We had a malfunction with a recliner on the sectional and instead of putting us off 4-6 weeks for a repair, the manager sent a new recliner piece to the house with 3 days and replaced it!! Top rated customer service at this location

The store, staff and delivery were awesome! The only issue I had was with the warranty company. My brown leather couch turned red where I sit. It was covered in warranty but it took the warranty company from February 12 to May 18th 2018 to do anything. I called every week and they would say that the parts had been ordered. So for over 4 months they waited saying the parts are ordered every time I called. Finally, a supervisor made the decision to have Royal bring me a new couch. Royal was GREAT! Once they got the okay, I had a replacement in 3 days!

Alice greeted me as I walked in and was extremely helpful in finding what I needed without pressuring or being overbearing. Great experience!

My sales person was Dana. And she knew exactly what I needed. She helped me choose quality furniture that I will own forever and I really feel like she treated me well. Susie was very helpful. She did NOT do the high pressure sales approach. I found something that I thought would match my existing furniture. The purchase was for my son and told her that we would stop in once he was after school. The process was VERY quick and received my furniture in 2 days. THANKS ROYAL and SUSIE!!!!!!
