Best Butcher shop within Allen-Plano-Frisco. They take care to trim the fat off before packaging and you can easily tell that it was not harvested from an old animal and left in the freezer for 6 months like in some other "popular" places around here. We have always been able to count on this store for fresh Beef, Lamb and Goat.

All meat is of high quality. No other shop of the Dallas area comes close in quality of the meat that this store sells. Prices are also reasonable.

I purchased goat leg meat and it was very fresh and good. It was little expensive @9.99/lb but was worth it :). Will be regular for meat now.
