When our home suffered from water damage, the team at Puro Clean took care of our family: from drying the walls/ceiling/floors, removing the damage, packing up our home professionally and making all the repairs - they did a great job. Everyone kept us updated and we were able to see the amazing work while it was being done. Especially the transformation of the 1970s master bathroom was incredible. Totally love the outcome of our home. Highly recommended!

There won’t ever be enough positive words to describe how amazing PuroClean is. After the first phone call with Jasmine, the receptionist, I knew this company was a good one- outstanding customer service! Jasmine quickly connected me with Crystal to get a project estimate completed. Once I received the very detailed estimate from the estimating team (Jimena and a few others, I believe?), Crystal answered any questions I had and was able to get a few things adjusted and added to the estimate in a matter of minutes- Including honoring a military discount! We were working on a very tight timeframe and PuroClean was able to get our project on the schedule quickly and cleanup began the following workweek. Cleanup is where Vanessa and her team came in. Keep in mind, this was an intense clutter cleanup (hoarding situation, if you will) for my 88 year old grandmother who has suffered grief and illness over the last 20+ years. This was not a project for just anyone. I prayed for God to send me the right people for the job and I know, without a doubt, Vanessa and her team are proof that He answers prayers. On day one of cleanup, I was amazed at how fast the process was moving and it continued that way for the duration of the project. Vanessa made sure she understood what we wanted to do with specific belongings and relayed the detailed instructions for each room to the team- they took direction like champs and got to work. Vanessa would review with me at the start/end of everyday and let me know what would be completed that day and the following. I can’t explain how intensely she and the cleaning team worked and ALWAYS with smiles (everyone was so kind, gentle and focused). From across the home, they would come find me to hand me important keepsakes—anything ranging from large antique items and photo albums to a single tiny diamond stud earring. During the process, PuroClean was able to provide specific trade technicians as needed and even brought a team in to perform another estimate for structural repairs and interior painting. After packing and cleaning was complete, we opted for the Ozone Treatment to address any remaining odors in the home and that thing WORKS! Like I said, there will never be enough great things to say about this company, but what I can say is that my Grandmother’s home is now clean and clutter free. It’s solely because of PuroClean that she can now ENJOY her remaining years in her beautiful home! None of this would have been possible without this company. I hope I didn’t forget to mention anyone who helped with this- just know this company as a whole provides OUTSTANDING service. Apparently the most stars I can give is 5, but they deserve 100.

PuroClean was absolutely fantastic! Ivan Oliver and his staff were very professional, polite, and proficient. I was extremely stressed over the situation I found myself in, but this organization, and Ivan in particular, went the extra mile to make things easier for me. Was out of town during a cold spell in San Antonio...My neighbor called to tell me it appeared my pipes had burst because water was flowing onto the outter foundation of my house. When I arrived home it was a disaster. PuroClean of San Antonio Northwest was there immediately to assist with my emergency. Ivan called to reassure me that his team had it under control. Dispatched to my residence was Crystal, Max, Nick, Adrian, Oscar and Ivan (all my heroes). Ivan provides such personalized service. They are knowledgeable, proficient and professional. It took 5 days of water mitigation measures to salvage the lower level of my home and someone was there everyday (even during the worst times of the weather we had that week). They are full service: plumbing, water mitigation, mold remediation, clean up and restoration. They were careful with my belongings and very courteous. They alleviated my fear through their professionalism put into action. Rest assured they'll take care of you and your home. Forever grateful for this astounding team!

PuroClean responded to a leak that ruined my first floor flooring, cabinets and required the walls to be opened up.

They quickly fixed up my place and made it look better than before the leak! They went above and beyond to do the job right!

On December 18, Ray and Josh came to my house to remove some wet installation they work together so well like they we in harmony knowing what each one was doing. They both were so kind and respectful. Thank you for sending me such a good pair to work on my house. They even let me know everything they were doing. They also cleaned up so well you

Puro clean was a blessing to have serviced our home when our house was in need of cleaning up after a major leak. Our Leak was a nightmare but the staff at Puro clean was so professional, courteous, and logical in treating and containing the damage that was done by the leak. We could not have asked for better service! These folks are top of their game all the time, they were absolutely a blessing to have serviced our home. We hope we never have to use these type of services again, but if we do, we are going with Puro Clean.

Thank you to the entire PuroClean San Antonio Northwest team! Due to a flood in our home we stayed in a hotel for two months. But during that time PuroClean worked quickly and cooperatively with our claim adjuster. The demolition team was fast and very helpful, as we asked them for help to disassemble and move our heavy furniture out of rooms. So thank you Max and Adrian! The reconstruction process went very smooth. The project manager, David, was well communicated, attentive and thorough. He explained the work that would be done to each area and the time frame for completion, which was done timely. Thank you David for all the above and beyond extra things you did for our family in the rebuild process! When my 93 yr old aunt and uncle experienced water damage to their ceiling, walls, and wood flooring, his team of experts completed the work in less then a week. His caring and compassion to this elderly couple was truly inspiring! He provided updates on the packing and moving of furniture, and all repairs to ceiling and walls, replacement of flooring as well as carpet cleaning. PuroClean is vetted by State Farm Ins and their work is warranted by the Insurance Company’s “Five Year Warranty” plan. Five Stars - extremely pleased!

Danny, the project manager, exhibited a spirit and attitude of excellence in work performance by his crews, and in customer satisfaction.
