Associated Glass

We had some double glazing work carried out recently by Associated Glass, and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Professional, reliable and reasonable too. Excellent!

Such a professional and wonderful experience. They replaced several panes of broken glass after a storm. They were prompt, on time, and incredibly professional. I recommend them every chance I get.

I would give this zero stars if I could. My entire interaction from beginning to end was troubled. So much so, that I ultimately was forced to file with the Better Business Bureau to get a resolution. I had to always reach out for information, never the company reaching out to me. After the completely understandable delay due to backorders, the day of installation finally arrived. The window that was shattered is a very large front of the house, triple pane glass. One man showed up for this job, and after an hour of doing nothing, left. The other gentleman was very late. After removing most of the glass, they realized that the ordered piece was not going to fit. I was told a new piece was ordered. Thousands of shattered pieces of glass were left in a tarp, outside, unbeknownst to me. Weeks went by and I heard nothing from the company. I finally called and was told the glass was there, sitting in the warehouse. Glad I called. Was told a return call would happen in '15 minutes' to reshedule. No call ever came. I called again the following day. This is when I was told that the new glass had a huge scratch down it. I was then promised another call 'by end of day' to confirm that a 'rushed order' was placed. Again, silence. I then reached out to another company to come do the job. They informed me that the glass being ordered by Associated Glass wasn't even the correct shade or measurement and would have continued to be problematic. I emailed Billy at Associated Glass cancelling the job and asking for a refund. Needless to say, no one from the company has ever reached out. It was only through my BBB complaint that I received word that a refund had been processed. This was such an unprofessional and neglectful process. Buyer beware.
