He is absolutely passionate about demonstrating the best solution for the best value. Bryan answered all my questions and concerns regarding the carpet and tile clean up in such a professional and customer friendly way. He went above and beyond my expectations!

I relocated to an office and apartment with my company and they were doing a lot of remodeling. Strong odors of paint and other scents are inevitable with such renovations but Bryan helped alleviate that for me which I am grateful. It’s nice to walk into a fresh office and apartment!!

So it is easy to say I am very happy with the service I received and will be recommending him!

Rainbow consistently provides outstanding, thorough and well priced service. This experience introduced me to Bryan a conscientious, polite and professional member of their team. Bryan was tasked with cleaning, hard and soft (carpet) surfaces and some minor housekeeping request I had. Bryan was able to meet my budget requirements while still being beneficial to Rainbow and had no bearing on the high level of work performed. Bryan was able to address some high traffic areas and bring them back to life, despite my skepticism. (see photo). Bryan stayed in constant communication with me throughout this entire process.
Bryan went above and beyond my expectations and did not disappoint.
I highly recommend Rainbow International without reservations.
Full Disclosure: I questioned only having only one technician to complete this full days worth of work which resulted in the work being completed in two days rather than one as agreed upon on executing the statement of work. This, however; was a very minor inconvenience and in no way changes my satisfaction or review of this company or Bryan. I understand that things happen. `

Appreciated the quick response to take care of the pet disaster that was left on the carpet and ran over by our roomba. Bryan was upfront and professional. After he finished cleaning and disinfecting, no stain was visible. Carpet looked like it was newly installed.

It was nice to know the other services Rainbow offers, which we took advantage while Bryan was there. Sofa also looks new.
