Only place I go to get my hair cut. The ladies there are great and wheelchair accessible. They can easily move their chairs to the side to make room for your wheelchair. I highly recommend.

I had some confusion at first because the haircut write up was in the computer, but the stylist still asked questions. She had never cut my hair and wanted to verify. She did an excellent job and even made sure to ask if I wanted to rinse out the clippings!

I am glad I gave this company a second chance. The service was a huge step and the quality of was considerably better. I suspect skill had a lot to do with it, but her not having to answer the phone and check in at least 3 or 4 people had something to do with it as well. I certainly will return. Nice improvement.

My wife was really disgusted with her hair style. I took her to Great Clips. She went in without knowing what style she wanted. The stylist was helpful in suggesting a style based on her facial shape. My wife came out with the biggest smile on her face and so did I. She looked like the woman I married. She liked the style so well that she has had it styled that way ever since. Thaks Great Clips.

i don't often like to change the place or person that cuts my hair, and i doubt im alone. but with that being said i was more than impressed at literally everything when it comes to my experience here. i checked in using the app which is a great feature to have, a real time saver. and before i knew it we were done and i left there with one of the best haircuts ive had in a very long time. thanks again Jennifer.

I've been getting my hair done by my own stylist. Seemed like she couldn't get right any longer. Went to great clips in shepherdsville. Jennifer knew exactly what I wanted done and did it perfect.

I was hesitant to go to Great Clips, but did not feel like driving to the east end of Louisville one day. So decided to give them a try. Brandi cut my hair, she did an awesome job, so I went back again and will go back to her again!

I was able to walk in and after answering three questions about covid19, I was seated immediately. The stylist asked exactly what I wanted and made suggestions. She was very professional. I enjoyed my time there.

I went in without a wait, I had them cut my hair for a donation to "Wigs For Kids"! They no longer send in the donated hair but they knew of the place I can send it so it can be made into Wigs For Kids! And the kids parents don't have to spend even one cent for the donated hair! God bless the children and their families and I hope this can bring a smile to the face of the children and their families!
