Mike Martinez, and everyone else provided exceptional service. I went in planning to buy a Napoleon Prestige 500 but found the Saber Deluxe 500 to be a superior build. It has 304 stainless, a thicker gauge of steel, heavier, and a unique and better grill design. It got up to 800+ degrees quickly with minimal effort. My first attempts at grilling have gone very well.

Purchased a Napoleon Prestige grill at BBQ Outfitters. Despite being crowded in the store we had great service and all of our questions answered on the spot. Price was reasonable as compared to other online stores and we had ours assembled and delivered for a small fee. Other online retailers were a little less expensive, but I would have been stuck with an empty pallet, tons of plastic and cardboard, an assembly project and sore back. Grant and Chris called in advance and delivered the grill fully assembled and on my backyard porch with a smile. They gave me a tutorial of the grill and were pleasant to deal with. I was greeted by Ric as soon as I came in the door. He noticed I was looking for rubs and suggested I check out their sampling area. It was a nice touch that gave me an opportunity to try a few new rubs before purchasing. Ultimately I picked up two new rubs I never would have even known about if not for Ric. Great service at great prices. I’ll definitely be back!

I was in the market for a new pellet smoker recently and had pretty much decided on a Yoder YS640S. Roger was extremely helpful in assisting me without coming across as a pressuring sales person. He was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I left with all of the accessories I had also been looking at when researching this purchase. My second cook was a brisket and it was the best one I have smoked so far.

I purchased a gas grill with the assistance of Hector and Ric from the store. I did most of the interaction online and via email and they were very patient and helpful with questions. I elected to have it assembled and delivered for a fee which I felt was worth the cost for the time and labor it would have taken me to complete. We setup a delivery date which was completed by Grant and Chris who were very communicative so I knew exactly when they were arriving. They unloaded and delivered to my designated area and even connected the propane tank. Overall very pleasant experience, great service and I would definitely recommend this store.

I love this store! I've bought everything from a custom Yoder YS1500 Competition grill a few years ago to pellets and everything in between. I always buy from Ric, he's the man. Not only is he friendly and helpful, but he's knowledgeable and ready to get you what you need. My next project will be a custom Yoder BBQ trailer, from Ric of course!

Picked up the new Gozney Arc XL a couple weeks ago. Ryan and the rest of the team were very friendly and helpful. A great overall shopping experience. Having only a couple cooks on the Gozney, we are completely satisfied. We have added a couple more apizza nights to the monthly routine.

Excellent delivery experience, Grant and Chris kept us informed on their estimated delivery time.
