Most patient friendly practice I’ve ever experienced. Doctors and support staff are excellent. Appointments are on time. Patient care seems to be a priority. Called one Sunday night around 10:30 PM expecting to leave a message. I got the answering service who listened to my problem, told me to stay on the phone and a doctor would talk to me presently. Said it might be as long as 45 minutes but to not hang up. Approximately 30 minutes later a doctor picked up talked me through my problem and took care of everything she could handle over the phone. I was delighted. At approximately midnight my cell phone rang. It was the answering service making sure the doctor had indeed picked up. I have never experienced this kind of care before. Dr Zinn and his team are tops in my book.
