I needed ink cartridges. The store is still organized the same so I knew exactly where to go to get what I needed. I got the items and when strait to checkout. The cashier was very efficient and I was out of there very quickly. Their prices are reasonable and I was happy.

I got to Office Depot on 281 just before closing on Mothers Day and received extraordinary service from their employee, Jorge Castaneda. He directed me to the right products that I needed and then helped me put them on the documents that I brought with me. Its this above and beyond kind of service makes me want to always do business with them.

Everyone was very kind and helpful to me. The workers asked if I needed any assistance as soon as I stepped into the store. There was no wait at the checkout line, and there was a cashier waiting to check me out.

How sad that the folks that actually get awesome service at this store don't take the time to write a note. I for one have had exceptional service. Both Dale Wood and Julia have not only been helpful but extremely professional. Sorry - can't remember Julia's last name. A little patience goes a long way. Unfortunately we live in a time when we want everything in a nano-second.

I’ve been a customer of Office Depot and office Max for over 10 years and loved their customer service. Friendly and very attentive to your needs.

I ordered 2 types of business cards and a banner for same day pick up. I placed my order at 1 am and the return time given was 6PM. I needed my items by 2 so when they opened I called. Akira was my associate and was AWESOME! She let me know that she was about to call me to let me know that their location didn’t have the size banner paper but she had already contacted another store to get it done and they were already working it. She let me know that she would contact me as soon as they went to pick it up and she had already informed them even before my call to please have it by 2. Akira called me around 1 to let me know my banner and other products were complete and that the banner would arrive shortly before 2 and she would put the grommets and I’d be good to go. On my way traffic made it difficult to get there and I was running behind but would be there by 2. I called to ask Akira if I could just come to the counter and pick my things up as I really didn’t have time to wait in a line. Akira’s next words BLEW MY MIND!!! “Ma’am no need for that just call when you are close and I’ll bring them out to you”!!! AKIRA IS A ROCK STAR!!! Those additional minutes saved ensured I made my event on time!!!!! The first annual San Antonio Plus Fashion Fest went off flawlessly because of your AMAZING ASSOCIATE!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU AKIRA!! You truly embody quality customer service!!!!

Okay BEST customer service EVER. Iman was a rockstar. They were out of the ink that I wanted and so she called another store and had it put on hold for me. LOVE IT.

Was able to get fast service. A lot of laptops were out of stock but that wasn't their fault. The manager tried to locate one and was able to help.
