We could not be happier with our decision to select Window Source of San Antonio to install our windows. From the initial consultation, the installation and the final inspection we felt that our satisfaction was of upmost importance to them. I have never dealt with a company where the owner was so involved in every step of the process. We will recommend Window Source of San Antonio to anyone that is interested in replacing their windows.

Wow! Never thought my windows getting replaced would make such a huge difference in our home! Our windows were only about 10 years old! Unbelievable difference! I’m sure my heating costs are going to be much lower! If you need windows I recommend calling this company! I gathered a few quotes from larger companies and these guys blew the other quotes out of the water! Plus, the other companies could not even replace three of our windows because they said they were odd sizes. Window Source replaced all of them! Amazing job! I’m extremely impressed. Thanks!

I am truly enjoying my new windows the installation was quick and painless did not disrupt my scheduled tasks. From my own investigation I paid thousands less than Anderson renewal windows wanted to charge me The window source was economical and they provided a military discount their installers were thoughtful and careful around the house professional at all times. I recommend their services to anyone who is interested in replacing their old drafty windows it has a very nice aesthetic look to my home besides reducing the outside noice. Best investment I could make!!!!

Moses and his team did a fantastic job of installing 18 new windows from The Window Source. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the installation of every window. Update: I posted a complaint on Google review and within a few hours the owner contacted me. He also listened to me and offered to help resolve my issue. Moses was very polite and expressed that these are opportunities to grow and learn. I appreciate his quick response to my original post (I took it down). My issue was never the windows… just want to put that caveat!

My experience with everyone at window source has been pleasant; from the sales person, Pete to the window installers, and to speaking with the owner. I have no complaints. The windows are great and I can finally open my windows and let the breeze in.

We decide to replace our windows. Called several companies, and hands down Window sources was the best choice. Thier windows are built solid. They have a lifetime warranty and the most important thing, the wife loves them. The price is what I liked. They will definitely be getting my buisness for our new door.

The Window Source design consultants were experienced in design, even super imposing a 10 ft door to allow me a preview of their product. When their installers came in they were extremely professional, in no time they had taken down the door and installed the new door, sweeping and cleaning. The finished product was as, if the door was a New Home installation. The Window Source continued in replacing my home’s windows. I would recommend anyone looking to update to consider, The Window Source Team.

Excellent professional business. Great from Pete/Salesman, the installation team and follow up meeting with Mr Moses. Everything was explained in detail….the installation and pricing/payment plan. Installation crew were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. Having the windows for some time very satisfied with the quality and grade of the windows. The experience was excellent from the appraisal and measurement to the install. The product was delivered early and the installation crew was in and out in one day installing French doors, 2 side panels, andx3 exterior doors. Willxdefinitely call them again for future work.

Workers did an excellent job and were very considerate and professional. The process is, by necessity, a messy one but the workers really worked hard to keep the mess and inconvenience to a minimum. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I have to say few business today can do what Window Source did. First off. Sales person was very professional and knowledgeable. It did take awhile for windows to come in, but that is no fault of the company. Installation was very professional and prompt. The windows are great quality and they repaired issues during installation with no problems. They have earned my upmost respect. I hope more people consider Window Source. I was ready to post my review the day my windows were installed because 1) I had been super impressed with the professionalism Mike displayed when working with me to get my windows ordered over the phone as I was living out of town from the home they’d be working on at the time, and 2) the installers arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, and were so kind and respectful, and most of all I appreciated how understanding they were about the state of our home (we had just moved in a few days before so there were boxes and belongings ALL over the place and it did not phase these wonderful people at all). I did wait to post this review until after I’ve lived with these new windows for over 2 months now so I could speak to the window quality as well.

REVIEW: We had 13 windows fully replaced with these incredible double paned windows that open inwards for easy cleaning AND slide up and down, which is a feature I and so glad we decided to upgrade to because we can now have our windows open without worrying about our dogs jumping out since the windows slide down from the top too! There are so many good things I can say about this company and the products & services they provide, but I’ll leave it at this, the customer service was outstanding — I truly felt valued as a customer by Mike when he made himself available to answer all of our questions and scheduled phone appointments to better suit our needs. The installation team was incredible and the whole process took around 4 hours, which felt like no time at all — they cleaned up their work space and took all the old windows away as part of their window buy-back program (which gave me $1300 in credit), and they even fixed a screen on-site. The windows themselves are just lovely and we are so happy with them and feel so good knowing they have lifetime warranty if and when we ever need to replace one. YES, having 13 windows installed was expensive, but the quality of the windows, the customer service & the fact that this company traveled a few towns over to us made it all worth it and we are just pleased with this investment into our first home. The only downside I could think to point out was the time it took to get the windows in, but even then, that’s something you’ll experience anywhere you go and the company is very upfront about that from the get go, and we actually only ended up waiting for 3-4 weeks which feels pretty standard. Overall I am so happy we went with the Window Source of San Antonio! 10/10 would recommend!

The Window Source gave my old home a facelift with brand new double hung windows. Great service and great pricing!

We are very happy with our new windows! You can really tell the difference from the original 1959 single pane windows. These new double hung windows are nice and clean. Great communication from start to finish. Definitely recommend 10/10

He was very helpful and made some great recommendations about the different windows available.

I was able to get an estimate, and will seriously consider The Window Source for replacing 29 windows.

But, first I need to submit the documents need for HOA approval.
