America's Storage

This is a wonderfully safe facility. At other places my storage keeps me up at night concerned about safety, not here. The management, Evonna and Tyrique are very helpful, attentive, and friendly! If you are in the area looking for storage I would strongly recommend you try Americas Storage!

7903 SW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX Location: Brand New Facility. Very clean and organized. Office Staff (Josh) was extremely helpful and accommodating! I arrived at the office without an appointment about 15-minutes before closing. Josh was so patient and polite in answering all of my questions and inquiries. He took the time to show me the units I was interested in, even though it kept him late. We found the right unit in their climate-controlled section. I committed to a unit on the spot because of Josh's customer service and the time he invested in me. Their prices are very competitive and their promotional special was very enticing. I highly recommend this location.

Back at the end of July, I was in the market to get a new storage. The one I am currently at decided overnight that they wanted to increase their rates $20-$30 more a month. I was a long time customer and was not happy with that recent change. However, I went into this particular location and was greeted by Josh Zuniga. Not only was he respectful but he made my whole experience in there well worth my visit! He gave me a good quote for the same size storage I had already and gave me a free lock as well! That was a first for me. I will continue using this company for all of my storage needs! Will definitely recommend this storage place to others!
