I have lived at pradera for 3 years now and I still love it. The property is very clean and well kept. The location is perfect and there is easy acess to the highway. Kendra is the best property manager! Whenever I have an issue she always goes above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of. No brushing under the rug over here. The office staff is so wonderful and helpful, always willing to help.

Superior customer service, very professional !
Manager and staff members are always friendly and ready to help me with the concerns
Quick response 👌 from management and team members.
I was leaving here back in 2014, and after 10 years, we decided to come back again.
I have to leave because of job relocation. Now I'm in the dfw area again. I don't know for how long, but so far, so good!

I've been with these apartments for 8 years. We had a major issue and it was rectified. Me and my wife are greatful for for the management team going above and beyond to make things right. The Maintenance Crew are the best I've ever seen hands down as well.

I lived here several years, and it is a great place to live in the Richardson/Plano area. I never received anything but excellent service from the leasing office - Kolten was especially awesome! Move-in and move-out was easy with no issues. Maintenance was quick and efficient. I appreciate all the wonderful service from the entire team over the years. Thank you all!

It is one of the best places I've lived by far. Marquis was one of the best staff they had, and Kolten was very accommodating with changes that occurred during my move out. The maintenance staff is top-notch. Thank you, guys, for making my stay memorable.

We Love Our Apartment Home!!
The leasing agents and whole office staff have always been pleasant, accommodating and do thier best to make things wonderful for us from move in to live in.
We love the layouts and many options they have, as well as the two pools, workout rooms and sand volleyball court. There is a small playground for my 1 yr old and a large field area before you get to the dog park that my son and I go out and play soccer and run around!
The location is perfect for us and we have met so many lovely neighbors. Everyone seems to be respectful of eachothers space and nice.
The only lack was due to the move in cleaning and checklist being pretty heavily missed. As with any apartment I just deep clean always, just wish I didn't have to.

The matience guys are super responsive and wonderful to deal with. It is a huge complex so it might not be next day for a small break of something but they do good communicating.

The resident events have been a blessing for me and my family as we have been in a bubble sense having my baby. I love the community and relationships we build over the icecream and food truck days, donuts and coffee was a hit for us to! 😋

Thank you all! We feel at home here!

Spent 2.5 years at this apartment and here was my experience:

Staff and techs were always pleasant. I never had a problem with any of the staff and felt all my service needs were very well met. They had a package room which was incredibly helpful for me.

The community was fine in my opinion. I am not entirely one to interact with my neighbors but my next door neighbor was quiet and the apartment complex themselves were also incredibly quiet.

Location was perfect for me as it allowed me to get on and off the highway super quickly. Gate community was also great even though the gate did break from time to time. But never really experienced any crime personally.

I'd recommend this apartment to anyone who was looking to live in richardson

I love living at the Pradera! Chelsie, in the office, is amazing! The guys in maintenance are always quick to respond and super nice. The atmosphere is relaxing, my neighbors are friendly and the property is clean and maintained very well. We enjoy walking around the neighborhood and can’t wait until it warms up a bit so that we can use one of the two pools! It’s very convenient to have two gyms, especially now that social distancing is important, and the hot tub is a nice perk. I highly recommend Pradera to anyone looking for a nice, friendly and well-maintained place to call home!

My boyfriend and I had to move out of our former apartment with a week's notice. We toured The Pradera and immediately fell in love with it. The staff was empathetic of our situation and made the move-in process a breeze. Everything is better here in comparison to where I was previously living. We have a huge yard for our dog, which is incredible and a rare find for an apartment. Maintenence is amazing - so quick and so efficient. They even change your smoke alarm batteries and air filters twice a year. I actually know both of my neighbors and talk to them regularly - everyone who lives here is so nice. The property is always clean and well-maintained. We don't even have to cut our own lawn! The area is safe and quiet. The Pradera also has cute community events every month. Last month we had a community garage sale/ makers market and it was a lot of fun. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about The Pradera. I highly recommend living here.

The Pradera has so far been great. I needed to move in quickly after my personal situation changed. They had a super cool floor plan with a dedicated "study" area that meant I could have a little "home office" in the apartment for work and schoolwork without needing to get a second bedroom. The amenities are great, the apartment is nice and recently renovated, and so far the team has been very friendly and responsive.

Most importantly to me, this place is set up for AT&T Fiber. Not all luxury apartments in this area are. Considering the age of the complex, that might be a recent change. It was smart of the management to make this upgrade. If I'm going to do work or schoolwork at home (or, let's be honest, video games, too...), I need the best internet money can buy. You can get Gigabit internet at this complex!

I've seen reviews of this place that say stuff goes unaddressed for a long time. My guess is those people are not using the ticketing system. I've filed multiple tickets since moving in and most stuff is addressed within 2-3 business days, if that. This is a HUGE complex - when I moved in, a gate was broken and another resident said it had been broken for weeks. I filed a ticket and it was fixed within 48 hours. Use the systems and resources they make available and the team will do everything they can to make any issues right, that's my observation. They don't have eyes everywhere. Tell them. Use the system. Trust the process.

Kendra, the property manager, is an affable and intelligent woman who has obviously got the best interests of the residents at heart. I am happy with my decision to move in!

Have lived here with my wife for nearly 2 years and we love the complex and community here.

The maintenance crew is kind, quick and responsive.

The admin staff is helpful and available is most scenarios. There have been a couple weekends where they are busy providing tours to potential residents and are therefore unavailable during weekend office hours, but this is not typical.

They have bi-weekly community events that help build community within the complex and also provide free or cheap food, drinks and social interaction.

Great place to live and great community.

Summary: An excellent establishment with a tremendous staff, safe community, and timely updates on things both in your apartment and in the complex.

A few examples to illustrate my point:

1) By far the most AMAZING service I have seen in an apartment complex has to do with when my water bill was inordinately high. I was paying $100+ more than what I was supposed to be paying, and I ONLY PAID that once before the staff contacted me to inform me of the issue. I was planning to contact them to verify the price, but they beat me to it. Let me repeat that: the staff detected and made me aware of the unusually high amenity price before I even really noticed. Absolutely amazing, they determined that a sink was leaking, fixed it, and then credited me back the amount to offset the high water bill I paid.

2) The maintenance staff -- and by extension those who alert the staff of requests -- is top notch. I have had three issues in my apartment that have been swiftly resolved the same day I put in a maintenance request. The two I will mention now are my door's lock needed to be lubed, and the heater panel needed to be replaced so that my apartment did not feel like the arctic anymore. Both were resolved the SAME day, I cannot stress how amazing that is. The third issue is described in point #1.

3) There are plenty of events that are available to the tenants from cookouts to breakfast gatherings. It is an absolute dream to see a complex have solid amenities and utilize them to the fullest.

4) The communication is impeccable; you will emails from the staff highlighting exactly what is going on in the complex. Nothing is hidden in the subtext of an email. Also, if necessary, you will receive a much-needed call from the staff (see point #1).

5) Packages and deliveries (whether they be food or boxes) always get to either my doorstep, my mailbox, their package room where they use parcel pending, or (if over-sized) kept safely in their backroom for you to pick up. I ordered a chair for my desk, and they kept it safely in their backroom. Parcel pending also works well, assuming delivery people deliver the package to the kiosks. All and all, the package will arrive, and the community is safe to the point where I have yet to lose or miss a package.

6) The trash pick up is perfect. The apartments have open hallways with fans always going, which helps with heat in the summer, and to keep odors from bags low. Sure, this means things are a bit chilly in the winter when you get out of your apartment, but I would prefer that over smelly hallways and trash kept inside an enclosed space. Sunday - Thursday the trash picks up consistently at the same time (depends on your building, it's around 9 PM in building 8).

Those are just a few reasons that this place is amazing. Price wise, I see it as some of the fairest in the area for the quality and the service you receive. Please, check this place out when you get the chance.

The experience with the Pradera was fantastic; we visited the property at least 3 times, looking at different floor plans and options. Jamie at the front desk was excellent, and even when she was unavailable the other folks up front were equally supportive (they even stayed a bit late the day before Thanksgiving just to make sure we had what we needed). We settled on an apartment, and I felt like it was a great deal.

Here is the best part however... after all that my living arrangements changed and I no longer needed to move. Since I'd started the paperwork I was dreading having to call and tell them that I wouldn't be able to take the unit. Jamie was excellent about it, showed understanding of my circumstances and took care of everything necessary. Most apartments would not have been as accommodating; having a leasing group with some human empathy was exceptionally nice.

So long story short (too late, amirite?), I did not rent here because of my personal situation, but if I ever need an apartment I will immediately come back to Pradera.

I've enjoyed living here and the apartments are clean. The problem I have is that they promised us that if we needed new light bulbs or things like that at the beginning, then all we had to do was file a maintenance report, but then they emailed the complex later saying they weren't going to do that anymore and a lot of the bulbs are specialty sizes. I would say that I like everything else about the apt. There aren't many pests at all, and we doing a wasp nest starting on our outside furniture, and they got someone out to kill them in less than two days. The front office staff is really nice and helpful.

The staff at the Pradera is fantastic. My wife and I moved from Florida and had to do everything over the phone and internet, never having visited the property. Christina, our leasing agent, was extremely nice and helpful, and worked with us to find the right unit and to process all the paperwork over internet and phone.

On the move, we blew a tire in Mississippi, and so we weren't going arrive to get our keys before they closed, meaning we'd have to sleep in our car or rent a room. The guy leasing agent (whose name I don't remember), left the office, put our keys and move-in paperwork in our unit, and left it unlocked for us so we could move in that night and have a place to sleep.

While actually living here, we've worked mostly with Jamie, the other leasing agent, and she is great! From opening the office after closing to let us pick up a package, to helping us locate the owner of a lost dog, and just generally being there if we ever need something or have a question. Once, we had an important package delivered to the leasing office and weren't able to get off work in time to pick it up before they closed, and Jamie kindly grabbed it and delivered it to our door personally after the office closed.

I haven't dealt much with the maintenance staff, as the apartments are newer and stuff doesn't break too much, but the one or two times I've called them they were prompt and very courteous. And they always wave when I'm out walking the dogs!

The Pradera also works with a team of people that throw events, typically three times a month, for the residents. Josiah, the lead guy on this team, is very nice, and the events they throw aren't cheesy, but are legitimately fun. Concert and wine night with finger foods, Starbucks coffee in the morning where Josiah stands at the exit to the complex and pours you coffee while you wait in the car, and international potluck dinners are all examples of the things they do.

Of course, the features of this complex, like gyms, pools, and dog parks are phenomenal, and rental prices are on par with similar complexes, but anyone reading this can find that information online. The most important thing for readers to know is that the residents are quite and nice, and the staff is awesome.

Highly recommend this apartment complex as I have had a wonderful stay for the past 5 years. Tigor and Christina from the management team, and Josiah/Ashley from the CARES team, have always been very helpful and considerate in accommodating some special requests that I have had during my stay. The apartment complex is pet-friendly, clean and well maintained, and service requests are handled promptly. The complex also provides additional storage units within the building at affordable prices. Thank you once again to the Pradera team for making our stay memorable.

Pradera had been my home for last 12 months. It is a nice gated society near the 883 bus route. I had been in a 2b2b with my roommates which is very spacious, the people in management are very nice and helpful. They resolve all your problems including services by 2 days [in 1 day if it is an emergency] without any extra charge. We had a main switch for the heater and the lid of the toilet seat replaced.
The beautiful part is that their are 2 gyms, 2 club house and 2 swimming pools on each end of the appartment. Your mails and packages are never lost. And the 3 monthly events held by Josh and his family which bring all the residents together for having a friendly, enjoyable and fun fill events.

I've lived here for 2 years and I'm so sad to leave (graduating). The entire complex is so clean and friendly. Neighbors keep to them selves and the front office is so nice! Christina is the best! She's always so helpful and so nice. I had a package problem (it said it was delivered but I nor the office ever got it). She spoke to the mailman and solved my problem! I recommended this place to my friends (have 1 moving in the fall).
It's extremely clean (except for when people don't pick up after their dogs but the office has fixed that) and no bugs at all!
