Horrible service. Not very informative

This realty group treats their properties like SLUMS. We have dealt with RATS, ROACHES, LEAKS, HOLES IN FOUNDATION. They never fix anything in a timely manner or are available to get ahold of. Leticia is the rudest property manager I have EVER dealt with. And they call themselves a Christian organization.....

If no stars were an option I would give it to them. We had rats and mice infest our home and we’ve been trying to get them to do something about it since November. They finally put traps on the outside of the house, but that doesn’t fix the issue since they are already in the house. We now have to throw out 90% of my children's, my wife’s and my belongings. My wife was pregnant and had a miscarriage, we believe it has to do with cleaning droppings and pee. Now we have to deal with loss of a pregnancy, throwing out all of our stuff, and the pressure of moving. They still haven’t gotten back with us about this unless we call 2-3 times. It’s completely unacceptable how poorly they’ve handled this situation.

Horrible management and customer service.
Foundations coming apart.. electrical equipment breaking or not working properly.
And when you call them most the time they don't answer and when they do nothing gets done or they make excuses as to why your in the wrong.
Oh but a little late on rent (God forbid in this economy we are facing) they are quick to call looking for the money.
If you can avoid renting with them do so at all costs, but if you don't have a choice don't expect any good responses when filing maintenance issues.. or be prepared to just fix it yourself but don't tell them because they'll tell you that you should have emailed them then wait weeks for the problem to even be looked at only for them to say it's something you're doing wrong.

I have the same issue cannot get of hold of anyone always goes to voicemail. Out of all the apartments I lived in I never had this problem before.. but when they're trying to get ahold of you it's really easy 🤷 they were doing pretty good when they had Sabrina but she is no longer there.

Never answers the phone, tried calling about some property and could never get through to ANYONE. Would not recommend

HORRIBLE , would definitely not recommend to anyone ! Unresponsive to issues ! Poor value !
