Was in town for a stars game and stopped by to pick up a couple of things. I got a bag and 2 sticks that were on special. All the workers were very friendly and had no issues showing me some gear along with letting me try some on. I always order online but it was cool to drop by in person!

Came in after baseball practice and needed some new gloves, John was super helpful and efficient. He got the exact size and color i wanted immediately, and had excellent customer service. Incredible knowledge of the game and able to put customers needs over his.

Awesome wood bat selection - as good and better in some cases than what you might find at D-Bat.

Ask for John! He’ll give you an honest assessment and get you player setup with most fitting stick - tailored to their swing.

Bought a new catcher's mitt for my son. Staff was very helpful while giving us space to make our decision. Monkey has the best selection with the most knowledgeable staff.

The store is always immaculate and the folks working the floor have always been super friendly and helpful. This is our go to place to get my son's lacrosse gear.

Great customer service today. Team member helped with hockey bag suggestions and rounded up some other items while I chose my bag. Knowledgeable staff member provided the best experience overall.

I was helped today by Cooper. He was super helpful. I needed new referee pants and he had no issue checking to see if they had the ones I wanted in the warehouse and had them brought up. Glad there’s employees there again that don't mind working.

I came in looking for skates and elbow pads. As soon as we walked in Alec asked us if we needed any help and we accepted. He let me try on anything I needed and showed me the different brands and styles. We then moved on to the skates and the same thing happened. I was able to try different sizes, styles, and brands. I was able to find exactly what I need and and what was comfortable. Alex was a great help and I would definitely come back in the future. Thanks Alec!!!

Called ahead about 4 days in advance to come in in order to get fitted for a pit of goalie leg pads. Came in and met with the employee and trying out the different sizes ended up getting a 33+2 under his suggestion and it fits perfect. They also have an amazing goalie area there with a synthetic ice surface where you can bring in your skates to lace up with the pads and actually get a feel for dropping down and moving a bit. Once I wanted to purchase the right size I asked if they would be able to look for a different set since the one I tried was slightly warped which is not a huge deal I’m just very picky. Employee came out expeditiously with another brand new set in my size that looked perfect. Couldn’t have had a better experience great facility great employees.

Needed to outfit my kid in New hockey gear for the upcoming season and Luke really stepped up and helped us find the right size in each piece we needed. The store had a nice variety of gear for several different sports. They had every thing we where looking for at a price that didn't make me cringe!! We will be back to this location for sure!!

Bought some ice skates from their website and brought in to get baked and sharpened. Employee that helped me was incredibly friendly and informative. I hadn't played ice hockey in a long time and he helped get the skates perfect. Got some fresh soakers too.

Such a GREAT experience here! They always have everything we need in stock! Luke helped us out and he was awesome! He was super knowledgeable and very helpful! We tried on 6 or 7 different skates to make sure we got the perfect ones, and he was having as much fun as we were! Will 100% be back and work with these guys here at Monkey Sports in Allen! Max was also great back in the sharpening area! These guys play the sport, know what they are talking about and the BEST! Thanks and I wish going everywhere was as great as going here!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am new to Hockey and Tyler (the employee working around 12pm on 10/26/22) was the best help someone could ask for. He was incredibly insightful and patient as I tried on skates and through trial and error he helped me find the perfect pair. He then assisted me in finding a stick that was right for me and provided lots of helpful information to guide me towards the right options. Whatever you're paying him, it's not enough. All staff were kind and attentive, but Tyler stood out as a superstar. Also, great name! 😄 Aside from the staff being incredible, the selection was immense. I think any customer would be hard pressed to not find the right hockey items for them. I will definitely be coming back for my hockey needs every time.

Traveled here from Austin to pick up new pads for my son's upcoming hockey season. Had the absolute pleasure of working with Braydon, forgive me if I spelled it wrong. This young man informed me it was only his second day on the job and was super excited to help outfit my son with all new gear. We started at skates and worked our way up. Braydon had a fantastic attitude even while my kid was dancing around, haha. This young man is an excellent addition to your staff. Thanks again for another great experience at Monkey Sports!!!

I really loved my experience at monkey sports this past weekend. When I walked in I immediately felt welcome because of the employee, Will, who came to my assistance the minute I walked in. I’ve been to other sporting goods stores and had bad experiences. I was delighted to have a good one. Will helped me find the perfect Warrior lacrosse stick for my daughter. All around 10/10 experience. Will be coming back in the future!
