We've been using this office a little over 2 years with 2 of my children. It is about 45 minutes from me depending on traffic but the drive has been worth it!!!! Jeremy Cruz and Jim Roberts have been beyond amazing!!! This office is different from what we have experienced elsewhere. They are willing help everyone involved (parents/teacher) not just the patient. My children have improved their behaviors in the classroom drastically since we started going here. They have been given the "tools" to work through anxiety and their emotions. They have given ME tips that have greatly benefited our family from routines to helping me understand my child better. Dr Down and her staff helped us in more ways than one with their testing. I so appreciate all of the testing they offer which really helped us get on the right path to helping our kids. Richard at the front desk is amazing as well. He and Destiny have helped us with scheduling and been so accommodating. I'm sure it's a pain to schedule 2 kids with 2 different therapists at the same time but they always made it work!! I never leave without making my next appointment and often book in advance. They also have a portal where you can check your appointments and can pay your bill. I get phone call reminders, as well as emails, prior to all of our appointments. I've never had problems with billing. If I need to cancel an appointment, sometimes it does take several calls to get through. It has actually gotten much better recently. I think with everyone working from home at the front of the pandemic, it was more difficult to get someone on the phone. We also spoke with an advocate there who was very very helpful giving me information on my rights as a parent and things to consider when it came time to meet with our school for an IEP. I know this is lengthy, but this office has been amazing for us!!!

I LOVE these people!!! My life is a better place with them in it. The gals at the reception desk greet me and make me feel welcome with their sweet smiles. They don’t mind taking the time to look at the schedule or rearrange it if necessary.

My appointments are not rushed or uncomfortable. Barbara talks to me and takes time to listen and understand what I’m saying and recommends possible resolutions and keeps me informed on the different treatment options available. I finally have a sense of hope!

After fighting to get my son an accurate diagnosis for 3+ years, and speaking with multiple Psychologists, we finally got answers amd help!!! I now have 3 children being seen at Restore! The office staff could be better as far as returning calls and scheduling, but it's absolutely worth that initial headache to get answers and the support my children need!

Found this place out of chance and I'm so happy I did. They've structured a great plan for me and have truly begun helping me gain control of my health. Their approach truly encompasses lifestyle changes and science. I wish there were more providers that offered this combination of services.

So far I am very well pleased. I leave feeling calmer and happier. They are also mindful of my time, I never have to wait too long and that is much appreciated!

After weeks of searching for a neurological place to see me i found this place by shear luck on Google. All the reviews are spot on. Within a week (not months like other places) I was in the door and being seen. They set up appointments for testing and counseling, and things could not be better. If you need help and hit the brick wall I did with other places give these guys a call.

Hands down the most capable, kind, understanding staff. Can't imagine where our lives would be without this place! Cannot say enough great things about them!

Edited to add: 7 months later, the front desk staff has improved GREATLY. The office still has some issues to work out on the technical side, but they've gotten a lot better since I wrote my initial review.

---------------------------------

I've enjoyed all of the providers I've seen, but the front office staff STRUGGLES. Scheduling and billing are a nightmare. If you have any sensitivities to fragrance DO NOT GO HERE. They've been running diffusers excessively lately even after myself and others complained multiple times that it's too strong. The online system is a joke, and they can't return phone calls but they have time to order & eat chick fil a at the front desk??

I came here for EMDR and a diagnosis for ADHD & Autism, sadly I never got to complete the diagnosis processes due to insurance, but I had a decent time at EMDR.

I had no idea what it was at first and wasn't sure how it would be helpful, but it was recommended to me so I went for it. I had Dr. James Roberts and he was an interesting man.

I felt like a lot of the traumas we were going over were old so I was quite frustrated in the beginning with the sessions, although over time he taught me that even though my traumas may be old part of me still reacts to them. For example my mind may no longer be bothered by the events at all, but emotionally and physically I still found myself getting upset or overwelled even though mentally I was over the trauma and it didn't plague my mind.

"Change the thoughts, change the feelings; Change the feelings change the thoughts," was what he always reminded me of.

Over time when I would find myself triggered and overwhelmed I would be able to calm down my nervous system and slowly it has become an easier process to do. He helped me also get over some triggers words of mine by being able to use similar corolations in my current like, to the point where these words still cause me some tress, but now it's so much easier to manage.

I went from being frustrated and agitated by our sessions to now missing them. I have come out better than I have before, but still working on better understanding myself and my triggers, as well as the world around.

I hope he finishes writing his book!

Their testing based diagoses are ok, therapists have odd points of view.
