This place is amazing , office staff is incredibly nice and always willing to help ….they even offer us water when we are moving in the hot sun …I live it here , no one ever gives praise where it’s due, they only always speak up when service is bad , but someone needs to know how great this place is ! I wish I could give them 10 stars! I always deal with Julie in the office and she is the kindest person I ever met she is always willing to help I feel like since she has come on board this place has done a complete turn around from the way it used to be managed , the facility looks so much cleaner and well kept! I always see her cleaning and keeping and getting things in order …. GIVE HER A RAISE !!!!

What can I say but you have a remarkable Manager here!! Sammie was very courteous and so helpful in explaining prices and sizes. I really didn't know what size I needed but she took her time with me. Outstanding customer service!! Thank you!

I had to book a unit last minute due to the volume of items, and this is the closest storage facility. The price was amazing and they run a great online special, so there’s no way I could say no. All units are climate controlled, and technically elevator access if you come in through the dock (steps or a ramp entry otherwise for 1st floor).

Although I booked online to reserve my unit, Julie gave me a call while I was already on the way to come in and discuss it. She and Sammi were super kind and informative, taking care to ask if I had any questions or concerns while answering the ones I brought up unprompted, and remaining unbothered. I was shocked to hear they were new to the location, granted it had only been open for a hot minute, because these are some pros. The unit that had been automatically reserved for me had a column smack dab in the front right quadrant, which I did express would be a problem, and Julie made her best efforts to see if she could secure another open one (if available - and it was!) :) Note to IT: please let them mark if there are obstructions like this!

I came back promptly the next day for move in, asking my usual questions at the front and going through the motions of a huge vehicle in the loading dock. I will make ONE recommendation that the area should allow for more room, because of the size of our larger truck plus trailer hitch barely staying out of the street. The placement of the bollards and then the huge sanitary tank make it cumbersome for these setups to get equipment or items in/out efficiently, and there were two groups of us parallel taking up the bay. Again, no fault of the staff on site, just some design that may need reconsideration. Regardless, Julie came by to ask if we needed assistance with anything (we did - bolt cutters because we lost the key!), and offering water bottles as the move out went on.

I know I took a minute to post (it *was* just booked 24 hours ago), but I have had a phenomenal experience so far, even though it’s not a drive up facility. We’ll be by frequently to check on some items while we make our huge family transition, and glad to have had such a convenient, clean facility and staff moments away to help!

Irma was very helpful with getting my brother his storage unit. She answered all his questions and got him all set up when he had some issues doing it on his own. She was super friendly and nice! Great customer service! :)

We love Irma at Store Space here at the downtown location!! She is always so sweet to each and every one of the customers-whether it is someone in person like us or someone calling in! She aims to please every single request. She is also a great multi tasker with the phones ringing over and over! She thanks everyone for their patience while they waited as well. You need more Irma’s!!

Ms. Irma was the absolute best. I had some really bad experiences at other storage facilities, so I was really apprehensive about getting another unit.

Ms. Irma was super professional and attentive, and she took really good care of me. She made a stressful situation way more pleasant than I expected.

Drove by looking for a safe and secure storage unit. When I walked up to this space, I was greeted with a smile from 2 lovely staff members and I was able to tour the units
So I opted to sign up with them same day and was able to move some things in with less than 10-15mins. 10/10 highly recommend
