Shiloh Park Apartments

I've lived in this condominium for two years and despite not having the luxury of other condominiums there, I'm happy in the townhome I live in. In the summer the pool solves the problem of heat and entertainment for my children. Plus, we live close to a huge park, which is also great. Everything I need for maintenance, when I ask the office, they send the maintenance man and he solves it. Nothing to complain about.

I have lived here for about a year and it is now time to renew my lease. Glenn recently took over in the front office and made the process extremely smooth after I had some issues with previously trying to have it renewed with the old staff member. He was wonderful and can't wait to see how he improves the property even more. My stay has been great!

We have lived here for about 9 months and have had a great experience. The property is quiet, clean for the most part and the maintenance staff is wonderful and is quick to come by and fix the issues and has always been resolved. The office staff is very friendly and knows your name (which makes it more personable). Rent is reasonable and our water bill isn’t as high as I thought. Our townhouse is a big space enough for our family and a nice backyard space for our dog. Location is nice and has everything you need. Glad we found this property for our family as we moved from another city.

I recently moved in and so far the experience is pleasant. I have so challenges with my unit however they are quick to respond and act. I also like that the townhouse fits my family needs. I hope to be a long term resident.

I went to the community last week for a tour and Amanda I believe her name showed me a renovated two bedroom. I loved the community it was very clean and upkept. The townhome was beautiful and really spacious. I didn’t have an appointment but she still was able to get me in a show me something which I thought was awesome. Great customer service experience.

Boyfriend has lived here for over 5+ years, yet over the past few months the improvements have been better than we could have ever imagined!! This new management team is excellent. When my boyfriend lost his job because of COVID, the office staff was so kind. Then that insane ice storm hit and they were here around the clock making improvements. Our pups LOVE the dog park and and how close we are to the trails at Bob Woodruff. 10/10 would recommend.

New resident, best location, good schools, friendly staff… My kids now want to get a dog because of the dog park! We’ll see about that, but the complex is very pet friendly. We thought we had one small issue and Amanda got maintenance out quickly. Turned out, we just didn’t know how to use the AC, whoops.

I have lived here for many years and I was ready to leave the property. A recent change in management has changed my mind completely, progress is being made daily. The office is attentive and our concerns are finally being addressed. Maintenance is responsive. This is a quiet community with great park access, I’m happy I can continue to call it home.

The application process and the move in was made so easy. Everything was absolutely professional and easy and the townhome was in perfect condition (with a few very minor things to be taken care of) The best part was working with Amanda. She was on her job and made this flawless for us, very happy with our decision to move here thus far!!!

Amanda is the most helpful person we've ever had here at Shiloh Park. We are so happy to see her back in the office. Rick is great, too.

Amanda is hands down the best! Super professional and friendly. Nice and quiet neighborhood, & great dog park for my Zuesy!!!!

Just love how spacious my little ole place is :)

Nice and clean and quite. Maintenance under Mr. Tabauchgrick, is top-notch!
