Great storage facility. Have used many others and this is by FAR the best run and maintained. Prices are fair as well. Site manager Carey is an exceptional company representative and keeps this location clean and safe. His presence was the determining factor in site selection. Highly recommend this storage location.

Cary was awesome! I did everything online prior to arriving. I showed up, unloaded into the storage unit and was all set! I did mistakenly parking in the wrong spot but Cary was very kind to help point me in the right direction.

I just transferred my belongings from another storage company’s facility to the Extra Space location at Greenville Avenue and Meadow Road in Dallas, Texas. I have used several different storage facilities over the years, and this one is really well managed and maintained - AND less expensive than my previous facility. The facility is clean, and Kerry was very helpful when it came to letting me know how the facility functioned from entrances to exits. And the best way for me to come in to get to my storage space easier. Simple and very efficient. Happy to have found a great rental facility , at a good rate.

New ownership or management has improved service at this location. All the cameras are now working, and they have added a helpful App for easy access, and billing. Communication from management has improved and the site is clean and orderly.

I was able to go online in CA and set up an account for my employee in TX. It took less than 10-15 minutes and was very simple and easy. I did have to make one phone call to confirm an item not totally covered on the website and the agent assisted me quickly and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the experience overall!

Have been using extra storage for year. The facility is secure and they keep common areas clean. Last week when I was taking some stuff out of storage I accident left a box by the elevator and didn’t realize it when the staff at extra storage saw the box they secured it in there office and viewed security footage to determine that I had left it and called me before I even realized I left it behind. Thanks

Great staff, very helpful! Since Extra Space has taken over this location, they have really cleaned it up and made improvements! Highly recommend! Really appreciate that there’s onsite managers at the Exptra Space properties—other companies (the one with the orange doors) are moving to a kiosk based system, so there’s not even a person onsite! Rent with Extra Space, they’re better!

I locked my room (I thought). The people at Extra Space Storage called me the next day and told me that they saw that the lock slider was not pushed enough. So my door was not locked. I went to check. Sure enough, they were correct. I was fixed the situation (the problem I caused). So thank you for the heads up.

I needed a lock cut off, and the Manager, Cary, took care of it immediately. Cary also informed me of a way to save significant money by combining two units into a large unit. Thank you Cary.

I've been storing some of my excess belongings here for some time, and every time that I visit my storage unit, I find the facility to be quite clean, both inside and outside. And, the staff, especially Caleb, are always very nice, professional and helpful.

I made the mistake of giving my lock key to my grandsons. The manager Cary cut off the lock lickedy split and I replaced the lock with a combination. Happy ending. 😊
