I had the pleasure of speaking with Thomas over the phone. From the beginning he was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were on point. After contacting many other locksmiths which either did not call back or flat out told us they could not help us open our safe, Texas Safe and Lock was very confident they could help us. If you have a difficult safe to open this is your guy. Friendly demeanor and high quality.

Bought a safe from these guys. Jeff, the wizard, knows his stuff! He recommended a safe that was perfect for us. He even communicated with us over the phone that night to make sure the safe was going to fit in our house.
2-24-2023, Rick and Jeremy arrived to deliver the safe. They were very careful making sure nothing got damaged. They put plates down over my flooring to make sure their equipment didn’t damage anything. They got it bolted to the floor, and they were on to the next one. These are the guys you want to do business with.

These guys are really great. The keypad on my safe stopped working, and I wasn’t sure which keypad to replace it with or if that would even work. They were able to open my safe without drilling, then tuned up the function on my safe and came in, will below the worst case scenario estimate. I hope I don’t have to use them again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to do so.

Great People and professional! Needed to unlock my safe and they were able to unlock it for me quickly and without issues. Also super glad that they do take drop offs if your able to haul the safe to them. If not they can come to you. Overall very impressed!

This is a customer oriented company. I used them to move my safe to storage and now need them to move it back to our house but I’ve had to keep postponing it because our carpet install keeps getting delayed and they are extremely flexible, professional and personable with every call and the initial move to storage was on time and they were very careful with the safe and the house maneuvering an 800lb empty safe very carefully making sure not to nick a wall or scratch the wood floors or the safe itself! Thanks guys!

Ron was very friendly on the phone and helped to explain what they needed to know before they even came out. The technician Ricky was super friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He cleaned up afterwards and we are so pleased with how our new install looks. Their prices literally cannot be beat compared to other locksmiths I called. I had googled locksmiths and came across Texas Safe & Lock out of Plano. Their reviews on Google and Yelp helped me to decide to call the company to request a quote. I spoke to Ron on the phone and told him that I was looking to change my 3 digit, old fashioned dial lock to a new digital keypad lock to make it easier to access my safe. Ron was very pleasurable on the phone, easy to work with and gave me a price right away. He initially scheduled the trip and install to be done the following day and I agreed to that. However, Ron called back and told me that he could send Dennis, the safe guy, to my house the same day in Arlington. I was happy with the customer service and when Dennis arrived, he was very professional. He explained and allowed me to watch the process. He walked me through programming it and I am very satisfied with the product, which is an Amsec ESL XL10 digital combination lock. I am also happy with the service that he provided as well as Ron! I would highly recommend this company!

Had a very simple, but super annoying issue with a safe at work. The battery died. They helped me out of a jam quickly and were super cool about it. Great customer service. I'd totally recommend.

My gun safe malfunctioned and I could not access any of the contents. After contacting the manufacturer, they were no help after several months. (I did NOT buy safe from Texas Safe and Lock) So I reached out to Texas Safe and Lock for assistance and they were very helpful. They quoted me over the phone. They came next day. Did their job. Were timely and professional. Highly recommend.

I hired Texas Safe And Lock to install a safe I ordered online and I am so glad I did. It amazed me how quickly these guys moved my 800 pound safe down a hundred foot gravel driveway and through several obstacles to get it into the house. The owner was onsite during the installation and everyone was very polite professional. Their pricing is more than fair and I can't see myself ever calling anyone else for my safe and lock needs in the future.

I called Monday morning and their technician arrived in about an hour, even though I said that my need wasn't urgent. Dave was very knowledgeable about my specific latch, and he diagnosed the issue immediately. Baldwin, the manufacturer, for some reason doesn't sell to locksmiths, but Dave found the required part online and also referred me to a local supplier. Service doesn't get any better than this. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

RE/MAX Associates of Dallas has been using these terrific guys for over 25 years. They used to have a shop on Forest Lane, they had a contract for the entire building at our original office on Abrams.Being in real estate we had a constant need for keys, so we got to know each other really well. Always accurate key making, always very pleasant and helpful. Our new Shire location recently used them to install a card key entry system and Ronnie worked diligently to make sure it was working as it should. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
