Chicken and dumplings 10/10
Sesame chicken 10/10 (nice and crispy)
Shrimp fried rice 10/10 (rice has good flavor and doesn’t taste bland)
KungPao chicken!
Oh and the cheese boats and sour soup! So yummy!

Been here a couple times. Both have been pleasurable experiences. Food has been fresh and the breading was perfect. Definitely recommended.

The greatest restaurant ever. I could eat there 3x a day every day and never get tired of the food. Friendly, inviting family owned and operated..gourmet food. As i said the absolute greatest. Been going there over 10 years. Much respect.

Amazing Chinese restaurant in east Plano. Will be back. Amazing staff, hot and sour soup so fresh your lip’ll burn, house egg roll is friendly bc it has only veggies and chicken (no pork) also same thing with amazing fluffy dumpings (chicken no pork) the Mongolian triple play (steak/chicken/shrimp) was filling and plentiful.

A+++ Really great American style Chinese food. The General Tsao’s chicken and Sesame chicken are crispy and fresh! The restaurant is clean and service is great too. Definitely coming back.

My family and I have gone here since I was a kid. I’m now 38. This place has been consistently good for many, many years. The portion size is a lot and it’s not all rice, they give you a generous portion of veggies and protein. Most American Chinese places don’t do that. Plus the ingredients are fresh and don’t taste soggy. I highly recommend.

OMG there food is so good they make there food so fast like as soon as i got my egg drop soup my food is already done like there cheese boat and spring roll are very good all the worker there are so kind and nice i really recommend this place

My family has been going here for almost 10 years. Even though we moved about 20 mins away and have plenty of restaurants around, Jade's is worth the drive. The food has stayed the same. I love the way it tastes. You get a good quantity of food for a great price.

I had Lunch. I order L13 Kung Pao Chicken $7.25. The portions was enough. Lunch came with a cup of soup, crispy croutons, on the plate was the Kung Pao Chicken with a choice of fried or steam rice. Food is good, restaurant is clean and people are nice. I add a picture of my recipes and empty plate because by the time I decided to write the review I was done with my food.

Every time I come here I get my food so fresh and yummy. I love eating here and since I come here the family knows us and it makes me feel more comfy and welcomed to come and order here.

It's a great family run place. It's clean and tasty! You can tell they show pride in their business. I come as often as I can but I am not close by but when I am, I get the chicken lomein and shrimp fried rice!

My family and I have eaten here for years – since early or mid 2000s. We love it, though quality and pricing has changed since the beginning and seems to vary year-by-year; management has changed here and there. The building is run down and old, but for all the years I've been going there or gotten delivery I don't remember ever being disappointed. The Lunch and Dinner Specials are a great deal, even though the prices have gone up. :b I haven't experienced any problems with the delivery service. Jade Palace used to be our favorite go-to Chinese food place and hopefully it stays that way! (: My favorites to order are the Sesame Chicken, Tempura Shrimp appetizer (that special sauce is THE BEST), and their egg drop soup.

I get the beef with broccoli no carrots with loman noodles or rice noodles. So yummy. The mom and pop place serves excellent food. Do not be fool by its small time atmosphere.

Great pricing, large servings. I lived near by for 16 years and ate here regularly. I no longer live in the area and travel 40+ min to eat here. Well worth the drive. The remodel brings new life into a nostalgic spot.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant in North Dallas. This place is the best kept secret in Plano. We live 20 minutes away and it is worth the drive. Everything on the menu is delicious and they don’t use celery in their dishes which is a HUGE filler at other restaurants. The service is fast and no fuss. Please don’t ever close!!

Love this place! Would come frequently when I worked around this area. I've been to other Chinese places and the food at the other places don't really compare to this one. I've honestly driven all the way from Garland to here because that's how much I prefer this place! It's small, but a great atmosphere. I always get the chicken fried rice! It's really yummy!

Yes quiet during lunch like someone else mentioned, I like that part.
Update (2022) They remodeled during the pandemic. Looks like a sterile place...generic. No old charm anymore.
They're still using same menu, food still good.
