Animal Hospital of Collin County

We struggled to find a vet in Collin county that would see “pocket pets” / roborovsky dwarf hamsters. We were able to be seen same day! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and well maintained, and Dr. Little’s bedside manner was awesome! They took great care of our fur babies. We will definitely be calling them our family vet!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Little and his staff! I trust Dr. Little, Kelsey and Sara to take care of my little man and they have always gone above and beyond when caring for my cat. Our fur baby, Lola required a splenectomy following the discovery of a tumor on an ultrasound. I can't praise our experience at this veterinary hospital enough. The entire staff exudes warmth and professionalism, with Dr. Little standing out for his exceptional compassion and expertise in performing the surgery. Throughout the process, Dr. Little and his team dedicated ample time to thoroughly explain the procedure and its potential outcomes, patiently addressing all our concerns without any hint of rush or inconvenience. Despite exploring other options in the Dallas area, we found many to be exorbitantly priced and lacking the genuine care and attention we sought for our baby; they seemed more focused on profits than on pets. In stark contrast, this veterinary practice comes highly recommended by us. Their commitment to providing regular updates post-surgery further exemplifies their dedication to the true compassion they have for our sweet Lola.

Dr.Little is a knowledgeable and thorough veterinarian and has always diagnosed my dogs' health issues with the correct medication or recommendation that would address my dogs' health concerns. Dr. Little listens to pet owners' concerns and he is very compassionate. The vet technicians and receptionist are very helpful and caring. Although there are many veterinarians near my home in Argyle, Texas I drive to Allen to have my dogs' health concerns under Dr. Little's care. I would highly recommend Dr. Little and Animal Hospital of Collin County.

Excellent care and friendly environment! Our Vet takes her time, answers all my questions and doesn't make me feel rushed. She even followed up with me a few days later by phone to check on my senior dog who wasn't doing well when we came in. I appreciated her follow up so much and just added an extra level of care. Everything from booking the appointment to walking out the door was with ease. Everyone was friendly and helpful! My girl Bella had been with the same vet for 10 years, so it was hard for us to find a new one. When you move out of state you have no choice! I checked reviews and understand why you rated so high! Good job!!

Highly recommend. Very respectful, made us feel that they care for our dog. They talked to us , making sure we understood what is going on, they accommodated all our questions and concerns. They called us back , emailed us back, and same time gave us the respect to make the decisions. They are God given clinic for us.

my family and I have been taking our pets here since I was a kid, and I will never use another vet other than them. They are the most loving and friendly staff and they truly care about each and every animal they see and treat. They do everything in their means to provide the best care and they do so with such compassion in their hearts. You won’t regret picking them as your vet.

Dr. Brown, Dr. Little, the vet techs, and the front desk staff (especially Laurie) have all been immensely helpful, patient, and kind. They've seen 3 of our fur family members (one who has now passed) and treated us and them with great care, compassion, and warmth. They are dedicated, highly skilled and great at explaining any discovered issues and making recommends for treatment. I'm so grateful we found them!

A wonderful experience at our lowest time. Caring staff with compassion for my husband and I at the time we learned our sweet Chihuahua was simply out of time. They kept her comfortable until my husband arrived so he good say his goodbyes. Highly recommend.

I inherited a stray 2-year-old cat (approx.) that had been through 4 homes. I discovered why after he could not tolerate his food and was soiling outside his litter box. I also discovered he had colitis. After a year of incorrect treatment, I was ready to give up hope. I had tried the most expensive cat food and even made cat food from scratch. He just got sicker. The situation was becoming unbearable. By sheer accident I found this vet on the web.
I was not optimistic. Then I met Dr. Little. He gave me dietary advice, which worked immediately to ease my cats stomach issues. A stool sample was requested, and my cat was correctly diagnosed and treated. His chronic diarrhea is over and his sensitive stomach issues significantly reduced, primarily due to correct diet. My cat was always sweet, playful loving, but now he has transformed into a healthy handsome kitty. Thank you Dr. Little. Oh, by the way he has the best bedside manner, for both kitty and anxious owner.

Our former vet that we had used for the past 4 years had recently closed and we needed to find a new vet clinic in the Plan/Allen/McKinney area. We originally reached out through the NextDoor app for our neighbors to respond. Multiple responses indicated this clinic. After research, we felt our Coco would be well taken care of and booked our first appointment. Very thorough exam. This clinic also offers the on-line pharmacy and monthly options for a well treatment plan. We signed up for the Silver Plan in order to better budget our vet expenses.

Our first visit has made us a client for life. It was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Remi loved Dr. Brown.

Dr Dana is my vet since 2008. Allen and Dr Dana has taken care of my two mainecoon cats Mercedes and Miatea with expertise and loving care. Highly recommend. Listen and address all my concerns

I'm taking my 2 dogs and 2 cats to Animal Hospital of Collin County for several years now, and I never have anything to complain of. Dr. Little took the time to answer all my questions and my worries. The technicians are great, and I was impressed how they treat our little ones, so gentle, and a lot of love.
