Really good food. We had the biscuits and gravy, and the sausage eggs biscuit. Really good food the gravy was perfect. Hard to get good gravy at resturaunts these days. The biscuits were soft fresh and amazing and the coffee ☕ was perfect. Just what I needed to start my weekend off right..... Go here if your looking for quality and friendly service...

Great hot coffee and iced coffee flavors and custom roasting as you would expect. This is a favorite breakfast diner for the local residents. Breakfast Burritos are really good, I liked the Ranger meal, biscuits and gravy were a favorite at our table. Lunch menu looks good to. Reasonable prices, very generous servings, you might consider splitting the meals between two people.

Love this place. Stopped off for breakfast one blustery winter morning and was warmly greeted by the owner who provided great explanations and service.
The food was fantastic. Pannini breakfast sandwich was flavorful and well made, and the biscuits and gravy were some of the best I've ever had. These were only topped by amazing bacon and absolutely delicious, fresh roasted coffee!

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor- you need to made sure you notice the ceiling!

We'll be back. Probably tomorrow!

I don't know how to express how awesome this place is, but i absolutely loved it! Music choice was on key, owner was lovely and accommodating, freshly roasted coffee beans were priced perfectly! Anytime I'm in Homer, this is the only place I'm getting coffee!

We popped in here for breakfast and I gotta say, this place is a gem! Tom Petty playing in the background, good coffee, hot breakfast with the good bacon, and that cinnamon roll will blow your mind! The best cinnamon roll I've ever had in my life. Hands down. Best. Stopping in here on a cold rainy morning is the stuff that dreams are made of. 10/10

The very best BLT and French dip sandwiches I've ever had. My wife and I spent $40 and that included large coffees and meals. I would say it was so very worth it! We would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It's officially our new favorite spot. Ps. We got marmalade, fresh bread and a steal on hot cocoa to take home!

Excellent coffee, breakfast was amazing!!!

Yummy yummy breakfast. Very long line and wait for a table, but short handed due to Covid and lack of staff. They all worked very hard and were pleasant. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned.

Very nice atmosphere great coffee and awesome snacks. It's a super good place to grab a drink a bite to eat.

Biscuits and gravy were delicious, and the coffee, well, hit the spot! Got to enjoy a little conversation with some locals which was pretty cool. Just an all around friendly environment.

Captain's Coffee is by far my favorite place to pick up my beans! I love their "Burning Daylight" and "Fisherman's Blend" whole bean one pound bags. Both have an amazing aroma, especially as I'm using my hand grinder! The dark colors, caramel froth on top (after stirring with hot water in the French press), and wonderful flavor are all excellent things to start the day to!

Nice, standard coffee shop. Prices are competitive and the drinks are great. Not a ton of food options, but that's not their main thing anyway. There's also a drive thru option.

My Husband got the Mocha Freeze, and I got the Latte Freeze. We both agreed that the drinks were some of the best we've had from a coffee shop!

There is good coffee all over Alaska, but this was actually really good coffee. My sister-in-law said it was one of the best dirty chai lattes she’s had.
Also had the breakfast panini which was very filling!

A great local coffee shop with good coffee and food options. We stopped on our way through (ferry to Kodiak) and enjoyed a breakfast burrito and of course some coffee. Place was a buzz with local and travelers alike but all were made to feel welcome. Looking forward to stopping by on our return through in a week.

Great coffee and delicious food! Had the breakfast burrito with carnitas and breakfast panini and both were both delicious. Their bread is awesome! Peanut butter cookie was soft and sooo yummy.
