Homer Theatre

Last day of our trip in Homer, we didn’t plan much, so we decided to walk around this beautiful town and take our time for watching a movie. This theatre is small but cute, clean and nice, we enjoyed our time here.

Best local place to go for for movies. They have a wonderful deal on Mondays.

It is a tiny single screen theater (about 200+ seats). They have an updated projector, good seats, a couple couches, and great popcorn! They have a nice selection of food. The crew is friendly. We really enjoy their services.

Small but still a good place to watch a movie

Sometimes, the big whiz bang of technology is more of a distraction than an asset. And while this place is not the high-end theatre of major metropolitan areas, neither is its location.
It is, however, a wonderful, cozy film center of the Homer Community. I enjoy its spirit of Welcome each time I go.
They do a great job bringing large screen films to a small community and still manage to share lesser known films that shouldn't be missed.
If you're in the area at the time, you should really check out their annual Documentary Series event. The schedule is chock full of great ones!

Great little theatre! It may not have the luxurious amenities of the big chains but, the screen is appropriate,the sound is good, the seats are mostly gum free, and the prices are great! I've been a customer of this theatre for 38 years. It's undergone numerous remodels, and changed ownership several times. Pretty sure the couches in the front are still the originals though :).

Great service, cute cozy and enjoyed movie

Cozy little theater makes for a fun atmosphere. Feels like the entire audience is sharing the movie experience together. Wish they had more movies and more movie times, but it's a very nice theater for such a small town.

I enjoy this theater and have been going for a very long time. Being open 3 days a week does make it difficult to get in there but I try to when I can. Prices are good and popcorn on point.

Awesome experience but i wish the screen was a little larger. They have the BEST popcorn! The variety of topping choices makes up for the screen and you cant go wrong with the comfort of the couch!

There are couches! Couches! With end tables so you can st with your family. And they do the little things likerefills on popcorn for for a dollar and keeping some candies like Charleston Chews, Junior Mints and many others...in the freezer!❤❤❤

The only movie theatre in Homer. Great spot which has couches in the front row so you can spread out with your friends. Popcorn is cheap and the seats are comfy. Bring your own bowl for a discount on popcorn

So cute and fun, it’s the definition of small town charm. I had my first date with the man I would later marry, and just a few years later our quick wedding ceremony took place outside their doors. Love love love Throwback Thursday!

Went there yesterday with my fiancé cause it was her birthday and watched Free Guy. The prices for the tickets and concessions were amazingly low. The customer service provided by the employees was amazing and they went above and beyond to provide the best experience possible!!

What a great little theatre! Comfy seats, clean and great, fresh popcorn! Nice employees!

The last time I was in this theater was in the summer of 1995. I'm glad that it's still up and running. I loved it back then and I know I'd love it now. Hopefully it will continue to stay open for future families to enjoy.

The small town theater is always a great place to see a movie. VERY reasonable prices.

Service is always nice and helpful and the popcorn is always delicious!
