Best location to go to when you have academic and institution inquiries. Collin does well with helping people who tend to get lost or just need a little extra assistance. A very affordable school as well.

Everything is good in here except international student department...
I say here and wait for empty queue for 20 mins..
When I go to talk to staff that whether she missed my phone number or not, she replied quite rude "go back to your seat. We haven't called you yet."

Once my turn has arrived, she shout to me in front of everyone that I called you for twice times but you don't answer...
I'm stayed there and kept looking on her. How could I don't hear what she did?

Processing document with this department is hardest thing in Collin college.
They are having bad attitude toward foreigner students.

My partner is currently attending Collin College and she has not had the best experience with advisors but today SHELIA did an amazing job and was very thorough and extremely helpful.
My partner was initially anxious prior to the advising appointment because of her past experiences but Shelia did an amazing job making my partner feel better about her next steps with her degree plan.

I've been attending Collin College for several years now, and the only truly disgraceful behavior I've seen comes from self-entitled students. Collin College is a wonderful place to achieve associates degrees, and an even better place to find new friends. Professors care more about my education than my feelings during class, and many offer office hours to mentor and discuss personal feelings after class. As a result, I have several lifelong contacts within the school, and intend to remain active in the Collin College community for many years to come.

If one is interested in a proper education over flashy fluff and kowtow bull, Collin College is your place.

Nearly all credits transfer to any big university you want, and $39 per credit hour. Nuff said! Thats an amazing offer and its still a great school. I had a professor for Composition 2 who used to fill in at Harvard and could've taught there but liked the environment better here. Great teachers throughout the school. I will soon be transferring, and I have loved my experience here. It is why i get to transfer and has set me up to succeed moving forward.

I've been a student at Collin College for 4 semesters now and have loved them! All colleges are going to have their good and bad professors, but here there are a TON of GREAT professors! You just have to look!
There are also great resources that you can use here such as the math lab, writing center, and their new library! Not to mention that the cost of the classes are less than the cost of your books!

The only thing that I don't like at Collin is the Advising Department. They have unqualified persons working that department that will tell you to take class A and not class B when in fact you need the opposite. To avoid this, be your own adviser!

Tom and Gina at the front desk admissions were FIRST CLASS. The experience my wife and I had at the Preston campus was competely
unacceptable.
However at Spring creek campus Gina and Tom were light years ahead in customer service.
We recieved not only the correct admissions info but way more than we had anticipated.
It was a pleasure being served by these two who have completely changed my perception of Collin college.

Good job guys 👏

I did graduate from Collin on December! I had so much fun at Collin ! Some of my best professors Mr.Fletcher,Ms.Jennifer Warren, Mitzi Morris, Williams, and more!! Good and cheap school!!! I am going to miss it though! One thing to mention is to avoid the book store!!!! Just go buy or rent books from Amazon!!

As of 2015, lowest in-state, in-county tuition in the State of Texas, but you wouldn't know it attending here. This campus is pretty, with nice open atrium, and very pleasant to explore and study in. There are all manner of clubs to participate in and contribute to. I've taken a few courses so far, and every one has been challenging and productive to my long term learning goals. I highly recommend to anyone in the area. Only drawbacks are the campus cafe is unreasonably pricey (Aramark is the Comcast of Food, and a Cancer on the American college campus), and the bookstore wants it cartel-style kickbacks off of "Collin Custom Edition" book purchases. Overall value however still can't be beat. Seriously about the food, $5 for the 3 of the cheapest nastiest looking heat-lamp chicken strips makes sense only if your starving.

Good community college for college credit or a degree. Campus is a little older than the Frisco campus but still looks new. Great gym and basketball courts.

First time on the campus. I was only there briefly to vote. However, outside areas are well- maintained and inside of building was nice.
