I’ve always had good experiences with staff here. Brenda and Mike are always very respectful! I somewhat often have to ship out orders for mercari, so I’m sure they recognize me a bit. Today, there was a woman in front of me in line being very rude and snapping at Mike out of basically nowhere because he asked if she could complete what she needed to so he could help others until she’s ready. And she was just really laying into him; it was upsetting to watch. But Mike kept his cool and was respectful and kind, though this person was being just quite mean to him. So I wanted to commend him on that! Again, staff is always respectful and kind to me, as well as efficient. They do their best to make sure everyone gets what they need. No one deserves to be talked to the way this person talked to Mike.

I love this Post Office. I go to see Brenda. She is a ray of sunshine in that place. I'm sure it takes a lot to show up every day and deal with the difficult people that show up there, but she does it. I love her, I hope Brenda NEVER retires!

I visited this post office virtually every day on the two-week run up to Christmas (2018). Thankfully I was dropping off pre-paid packages into their collection bin inside the store, but whilst there saw many times a line that stretched around two corners. Despite this, the staff remained calm and friendly whenever I saw them. Well done you guys, sometimes it's not easy dealing with the wrestlers hoards!

I'm very happy with this location. I've visited several times in the last couple of weeks, and the staff here have always been pleasant and helpful. They do a good job of keeping the line moving while still offering good service. So far all of my mail has gone out quickly and gotten where it's going safely.

Great service, helpful people. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping information where I used this address as my shipping address instead of a PO Box. They were kind enough to track it down and get it for me.

Staff is extremely friendly. I deliver packages there once or twice a week for business and they always seem more than happy to take them. I love that they have a bin for pre-labeled packages... it’s definitely a lifesaver when I’m busy and get to skip the line to drop off packages!

I didn't expect them to be so kind, efficient, and attentive. I mean, who expects that from any government agency, let alone the post office? The lady behind the counter gave me stamp options, didn't act like I was stupid for not already knowing them, and called me "sweetheart" at the end. I admittedly looked for an automated dispensary when I walked in so I wouldn't have to deal with the typical post office experience. While some of that is on me, these folks gave me no reason to avoid the desk in the future at this location. Thanks, Denton post office!

Not crowded, which was great! Both women working were very kind & helpful. Will be going here more often!
