After taking our dog to 3 other vets this one was the one who was able to diagnose and treat our dog for Demodex mites. The Vet was thorough and made sure our pup was comfortable throughout the treatment and ensured us that it is a process which may get worse before it got better. After a month of treatment she is feeling so much better and is back to her old playful self ! We will continue to come here for our dogs wellness visits and all other needs, Thank you So much to the Veterinarian and the Vet Techs who took care of our Tofu 🫶🏻

Okay, I like to be able to give good reviews. Thrive definitely deserves them! My dog has suffered from severe skin allergies for years, so we’ve done everything under the sun. This was the very vet that we went to that actually helped address the issue. They are great about being transparent with pricing and I never feel judged if I can’t afford a particular part of her treatment. Very grateful for affordable pet care for my old girl!

Great experience. The vet was very kind and took her time answering all our questions and giving us a thorough treatment plan for my cat. staff is also very friendly and pleasant. This place is kinda far from my house but I’m happy to have chose it.

We LOVE this location! The staff is extremely kind, caring and super knowledgeable! Our girl loves everyone and is more relaxed here than any other veterinarian she has seen. We always get in on time (sometimes early) and the waiting area/exam rooms are always extremely clean! Always a pleasure to visit with the staff here! They love your babies as much as you do!

I love the new vet I’m taking my kitties to here. She was more knowledgeable than most vets and very friendly. The prices here beat just about all other clinics that do the exact same things. Highly recommend m.

I can't say enough great things about this vet clinic! I love the staff who are very knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing is great and they will give you a break down of anything needed before hand so you know what you are paying in advance. I took my Beagle mix in for some lumps that they were able to diagnose and help treat right away! Wonderful people and clinic! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new place to take your pets.

This place was recommended to me by a longtime friend. I took my senior dog because she was having chronic diarrhea and vomiting blood. They were so gentle with her and took all kinds of tests for her to determine what could be wrong. They walked me through on what would happen next if the lab results came back negative and what would happen after if x-rays and a more comprehensive exam came back normal. I felt prepared, financially and mentally for what could possibly happen. The general wellness exam was a bit pricey; I know another place that does it for half the price but for everything I they did the first day the bill was very manageable. i got a call the next day from the Doctor herself wanting to know how my dog was doing and to go over the results with me. Such attentive customer service. Definitely will be recommending this place from now on, and I am planning to make this my dogs primary vet :) <3

My granddog was not feeling well. We received an appointment the next day. Staff was very friendly and helped me to understand what was going on with Bear. Low cost, great service and excellent care to your fur baby.

I was a little bit weary because of the mixed reviews but my new puppy had some things that worried me a bit and i didnt want to wait to make an appointment with another vet so I easily made an appointment online around midnight for the following morning. Online booking was a breeze. We walk in and the place is actually comfortable not like a big scary vet. We were greeted with a friendly smile and taken right back. No waiting. The doctor came in and without me even asking, noticed Charlie's nails needed to be cut and just cut them for us. He is a tiny one and they were very gentle and kind with him, no dog likes the vet but I believe they made him as comfortable as he could be. Stool test done in house and only took about 10 minutes. Doctor gave us antibiotics due to his allergic reaction to something (still dont know but we think it was the change in homes, I had gotten him just the night before.) Gave us his dewormer pill, some high vitamin goo, and a prescription for benadryl. Payment was easily and quickly taken right in the treatment room and given we had an exam, tests, and some meds, I was expecting a much higher bill than I received. Within 24 hours Charlies rash cleared and was noticeably feeling better. We are going back next week to start his vaccines (waited due to allergies) and thrive will be our forever Vet.

Great experience visiting Thrive today! We took our Kitty for her 1st visit and also because she was limping. The Doctor and Billie examined our fur baby thoroughly and answered all our questions and they were super friendly. The check in and out was fast and very convenient. They explained pricing and everything before doing anything with our Kitty. All staff we interacted with was very friendly. Affordable prices! Coming back soon so we continue to keep our fur baby healthy. Thank you for such a Great service Thrive!

I found out my Yorkie puppy had round worms in her stool and made a appointment overnight. The staff didn't see my appointment but we were seen right away. The wait time was not a long at all. The staff was very friendly. Dr Jackson was very attentive to my Bella. She can be very hyper, and likes to chow down on everyone's fingers. The doctor gave helpful tips about training, feedings, and vaccinations, but most importantly found my Bella a vet home.

As a new customer, at the end of the day on a Saturday they managed to get me in with my new pup! Very impressed and really liked the veterinarian. I will be returning!

They keep my puppy happy and I appreciate the essential care plan they have.

This is by far the best Thrive in Houston. I have been to about 4 others, most recently the Petsmart location on W Grand Pkwy N because it was closer to me, but I was thoroughly disappointed by the vet's lack of professionalism and skill, their refusal to give my 20lb dog his nail trim because he "wouldn't be still", and their exam rooms that stink of pee. However, I've always had a great experience at this location. Their staff is extremely friendly, the vets actually care about their patients, and their whole office, including the exam rooms, are always immaculately clean. They've got themselves a loyal customer from now on because I'll never even try another Thrive location.

Thrive lead reach out to me an explained their appointment methodology, so it makes sense now.
I returned last week for a follow-up vaccine for my pup and it all went very well, service was fast and the front desk was friendly,; it was an excellent experience for me and my pups. I have always liked Thrive and I will recommend it to my friends.

I made an appointment for 2 pm but I had to wait until 2:30 to get my pups in a room. Someone who arrived 20 minutes later than I did was seen before me. I asked the front desk person why was that and with rudeness she told me that I was booked with another doctor. I told her I didn't book a doctor but an appointment, I can understand this but what bothered me was that she didn't explain this to me and just offered the other person to go first without letting me know why I had to wait. It was rude to give the room to someone else without explaining to me why, I felt ignored and it felt unfair. I was there for over an 1 hour and 15 minutes, too long of a wait time. Other customers complained also about the long wait time.

I went in with my dog who had really bad allergies. It was my first time there. I was very nervous not sure how my dog would react at a new location & new faces. The receptionist, the Vet and his assistants were all very friendly and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly. They gave me options, and let me choose what was right for me. The prices were reasonable. And I left feeling relieved that My dog was in good hands. I definitely will be a returning customer.

Thrive was great for me and my cat today! He hadn't been to the vet in two years, but the team at Thrive did amazingly. My little guy was still in a pretty good mood after his vaccinations! The check-in and check-out processes were very fast. I got an estimate document for the treatment package before anything was done, which was super helpful. I also got documents for what vaccines my cat received. Overall, everyone was super nice and answered my questions knowledgeably!
