The Hot House Tavern

While walking in for lunch, the Drag Karaoke advertisement caused us to briefly rethink our decision to dine there since this was our first visit. But, we cautiously proceeded in. The food and service was great. Ordered Revere Burgers and over-sized side salads. Nice pub atmosphere with a firehouse touch. Prices were reasonable. We would definitely turn for the food.

My wife, my daughter and son in law stopped in for dinner.

We ordered the cheese curds for an appetizer. They were legitimately the best cheese curds I’ve ever had. They were served with a spicy ranch that was on point. 5/5 - no room for improvement.

I ordered the Hot House chicken sandwich and my wife ordered the bacon chicken ranch wrap. The sandwich had little heat but not bad - the breast was generously sized and crispy. Served with a very fresh bun. The flavor was outstanding, 5/5

The restaurant was packed but we were attended to promptly and with attentive service. 5/5

Was a beautiful day to sit out on the patio, service was phenomenal, and the food was AWESOME!!!

Super cute both inside and outside. Outdoor seating ~ was raining when I went here otherwise I definitely would have opted for sitting outside. Friendly staff. The waitress was attentive. Very clean restrooms. Great food and great service. I had a chicken and bacon wrap with sweet potatoe fries. Generous portions. I definitely had leftovers. The music was a bit loud which made talking to others tough but nonetheless the atmosphere was awesome. Has a bar area and many tvs. Parking lot is pretty small. I recommend going here and giving it a try!

Been here twice on my business trip. Love the vibe. Love the food and the people are great.

Noisy Monday night. Food was incredible and the atmosphere was good. Big crowd and everyone seemed to be enjoying. I went for something different, cauliflower tacos and the house Brussel sprout hash. Really excellent. Tried two local ipa’s. Great beer selection as well.

I just stumbled upon this place and in so glad I did. Its in old firehouse and they food and service was amazing. Go see this place.

Friendly staff. Quickly seated. Cheese curds were great. Had the Tuesday hot chicken dark meat two piece with the sauce on, shaken vs on the side. Excellent!!!

Went with a group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The spacious open seating floor plan laid out in the old firehouse makes this place interesting enough. Multiple large screen TVs carry a wide range of sports. With the station garage doors open and a nice breeze blowing through on a Saturday afternoon, its a refreshing place to enjoy a great Memphis style chicken sandwich or a burger or appetizers. An exciting drink selection and enthusiastic wait staff make "The Hot House Tavern" a great spot in Germantown to enjoy a great meal with friends.

I love all things EMS related, especially fire related. This place used to be an old fire house, when you walk in you see old turnout gear. Old hose, they even have the same bay doors from back in the day. I could careless if the food sucked, the atmosphere is more than enough to keep me coming. Okay anyways, the food doesn’t suck. Even though the waitress got my order wrong she was so sweet, and the food was definitely good. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a group of about 12 of us on a Sunday evening, and the Hot House accommodated us. The table was perfect, and the server did a fantastic job. Food was great, and we were all very happy. Will definitely return.

This was literally the best experience we’ve had somewhere. We came in and our toddler just started screaming. We were about to leave when the manager came over and offered him a cookie to calm him down. Amazing. We asked if we could order his food before ours, so another server got his order, and his food was out within two minutes. It made us so happy that we were treated like that. We just wanted to be able to go out and eat, and you all made it happen. Thank you to our server Jayden, the other server, the manager, and kitchen for making our toddler(and us) happy!

Our first time here, and everything was perfect! Service was great, Rose was so nice!

The food was delicious; I had the Cajun chicken pasta and others had the salmon. The Cajun chicken pasta was perfectly cooked and the exact right amount of spicy (if you don't like spicy food or can't tolerate much heat then it might be too spicy). The portion size on the pasta was large, more than I could eat.

My companions said the salmon was delicious and the portion size was perfect.

It's a tavern style restaurant with a great bar, it's not overly loud (we could hold a normal conversation)but probably not the choice for someone who wants a quiet dinner. All three of us agree that you shouldn't skip the cheese curds; they're some of the best we ever had!

If I could give this place 1000 stars, I would. We went on a whim looking for places to grab an early dinner & I’m so glad we drove out this way. 10/10 we WILL be back again!

This place is awesome🔥 the old fashioneds here are absolutely awesome, food was great. I spent 30-50 on drinks and food together. But otherwise everything is fair priced and service at the bar was great.

I’m in love!!! I’d like to consider myself a regular at hot house and never have I had something so good! It’s the cauliflower tacos off their winter seasonal menu. I was a little hesitant because I’ve never had something like this before but it was so delicious and filling! Definitely coming back soon just for those tacos

Very cool vibe in a historic building in a quaint downtown area started our visit. Ample space with 2 outdoor dining areas and a spacious seating area inside. Friendly, attentive and quick service. Always a plus for our herbivore to get a well crafted impossible burger! The pheasant popper appetizers were fantastic and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was well portioned, incredibly tasty and packed some zing! Absolutely recommend.

Really like it. Not pretentious, fun feel and you get exactly would you expect. Good food, good people at a reasonable price. Particularly on a day when the garage (glass overhead) doors are open. Very nice!

Amazing food, great ambience, wonderful service and great value for the money. I’ve done a previous review but I’ve gone back so many times I decided to share more.Recently I met up with a group of other art quilters and 10 of us all agreed we each had such an amazing meal.

For appetizers, try the pheasant poppers. Not greasy, a little spice, and the meat melts in your mouth. For the main the last thing I had there was the maple glazed salmon. Wonderfully seasoned and moist. Have dined out with the family and our grown sons have had and also raved about the burgers, chicken sandwich, and the pastas. Between the four of us I am sure we have easily sampled 20 different items and have never been disappointed.

Fish fry not to be missed. Great, friendly service and a wonderful place to meet up for a drink.
