THANK YOU, CODY!!! To say I received amazing customer service would be the understatement of the year! Not sure if it's the tylenol that the other wonderful employee sprinted to find me (she was so helpful) or the advice from Cody, the water bottle I left in the car and the salt packets I found in the glovebox but I am no longer in terrible pain so THANK YOU MY FRIEND!!! I won't forget ya, Cody! And Walgreens; give that man a raise!

First time getting my medication filled. Impressed plus 24 hours open

I was just Shopping at this location and I want to give good credit where it is due. There was a young lady, Bree, working who carried a positive attitude that radiated through the store. As Bree communicated with the staff and walked around to make sure a new procedure was being followed, I could not help but smile. She made sure each employee was set before she left either for break or the night. The positive attitude, communication, and setting her crew up for success make this employee a leader and a shining star.

good service, good hours. more importantly, this pharmacy has probably the cutest staff in wisconsin. 5 stars. like wow, let me get sick more often please.

I love Walgreens. Today I met an employee named Bri she was very kind and had great mannors while helping me with my photos.

I go here every 28 days too 30 days for the last 22 years too fill Suboxone without this medication I had overdosed and had been hospitalized and resuscitation measures had to be used on me so thankful that read and research got this medication from the United Kingdom test trials to my Walgreens in two weeks time for me to clean up #EmilyPrudenceDrake

Not a bad Walgreens, but most are pretty much the same.

Yo my heart goes out to Jesse working behind the register tonight. Customer service ain’t easy kid and ya kept it together the best ya could.

The store part is good. Always comes in handy for quick stops. However-the pharmacy is not with it lately. The people are friendly and work with you, but the store as a whole, seems to have problems keeping a few of my prescriptions stocked. One of them being an addictive medication and I became ill from not having it for so long. Apparently Walgreens forgot to tell me that my medication was back ordered almost 2 months. Finally after 4 days of withdrawal, I had to switch to CVS in order to get those meds in a timely fashion.

An hour and a half after I got an email saying my photos were ready for pickup I showed up at the store. The girl said my photos were printed but not trimmed. I asked how long that would take and she simply could not come up with a response. I offered twice to just take them and trim them myself, this further confused her. Finally I convinced her to let me take the photos. Additionally the photo paper was severely curled and the quality was ok at best. I won't be ordering photos from Walgreens again.

Was text 2x and called 2x that my prescription was ready for pickup. I called to let them know I wouldn’t be there until the following week because I was on vacation. I drove 30 min to pick it up today - BUT, they couldn’t find the prescription anywhere. They said they probably never filled it, or it got put away. It’s a compounded prescription (meaning it has to be made specific for me) so “putting it away” isn’t possible. They gave no solutions other than come back down tomorrow afternoon. When I asked to have it shipped to me - they said I could pay for door dash. Despite my proactively calling them to let them know I couldn’t get there right away to pick up, they assured me it would be available when I came. And sure enough, it WAS NOT. So now I have to drive 30 min again to hope that they actually have it ready. Walgreens needs to do better and stop wasting people’s time. This is definitely not the first time this has happened

Although the website and sign on the door says open 24 hours…it’s a lie. I went there at 10:45 pm to get Benadryl because of an allergic reaction and it was all closed. Because of that I missed getting to Walmart that is open until 11:00 pm. It’s not hard to keep times up to date and cause additional concerns. That manager should be reprimanded for closing.

Tired of staffing issues being an excuse for poor service and the drive thru always being closed. Instead come in and wait in line for 35 minutes at the pharmacy. Now that sure sounds like great customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was picking up my prescription and an order that was all prepaid. I was asked for payment for my prescription. Instated I had already paid, and she asked to see my emailed receipt. I gave her my phone and she walked away with my phone, out of my sight. A make worker as saying something but being as I was in the drive-thru, I couldn’t hear him. His gestures and face let me know he had a bad attitude. When she came back, I stated that was inappropriate to walk away with someone else’s cell phone with private information on it. She said they were going to give me a refund then walked away again. When she came back, she asked to see my phone AGAIN and then walked away. Finally, the pharmacist came over and asked for my recipe AGAIN. I was FINALLY given my items that I paid for. The staff is extremely rude. I always insurance issues here, too. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

For 6 months they failed to fill a routine script. Each month I had to call them and urge them to fill it. Each month it I was told it would be ready in 1/2 hour. And when each month, I arrived the following day...they told me to wait on site for 1/2 hour and they'd have it ready for me. Moving Pharmacies. Weak!

It’s always an insurance issue at this location. The pharmacist on duty stated that I owed over 400 dollars on a medication I’d used for years with the same insurance company. She did not try to resolve the issue; she kept advising me to contact my insurance provider. So I canceled the refills and resubmitted them to the Brown Deer location. The pharmacist and staff worked to find the error, and my prescription was refilled at no additional cost.

So rude! The pharmacy person on the phone basically hung up on me. So poor even for being open 24 hr/day.

So when you schedule a vaccination appointment on line Walgreens asks you to fill out your consent form online ahead of time. Then when you get to the pharmacy they tell you that doesn't work because they need a hard copy!! Note - when you complete the form online there is NO option to print the form and they tell you you're all set. You would think the company that gives more vaccinations than any other system would have a better process!! Couldn't be more inefficient if they tried
