Caney Crossing Dental Care

I was always scared of going to the dentist, not just because of my smile but because I had bad run-ins with another dentist years back. But after going here I don’t think I can go anywhere else! If it wasn’t for Devin who is on staff here as a hygienist I don’t know how things would go.
From the first time he saw me as a patient and I opened up to him about my past visits with another establishment, he did everything he could to not just be honest but courteous as well. He walked me through the entire processes that i’ll need to get my smile back and was very knowledgeable when it came to the multitude of questions I had for him. This was my second visit and I thankfully had him again. But other than that I highly recommend this place, I’d give more stars if I could!

The entire office staff is wonderful. Dr. Patel is a great doctor! She is very attentive and very thorough. Her assistant Josue was also great. The times I’ve been there, the ladies up front Karla & Liz, have been very friendly and welcoming.

My family and I have had experiences with the whole team...Both Hyg providers and both Dentists. My Kids(12 and 20) see Devin and Dr. Nguyen and my significant other and I see Dr. Patel and Patty... All kind and excellent at their jobs. My partner sends compliments to Erica and Josue, both Dental Assistants in the back. Highly recommend Caney Crossing 🪥🦷

Patty has does my teeth cleanings the past few years, and she is the most gentle at this procedure that I’ve ever experienced. Everyone — the ENTIRE staff — is always very kind and patient with all of my questions. I recommend this location to everyone that I can.

I was in the chair for 3 1/2 hours having a bridge replacement, needless to say a lengthy procedure. I must speak highly of Dr Patel and her Team. They were attentative to all my needs, comprising of rest periods and a potty break. I knew everything that was to take place because Dr. Patel went over what was going to happen and continued to update me all thru the procedure. I am a very happy patient even though my gums are still a little tender, but my temporary bridge fits like it was meant to be there. I highly recommend Caney Crossing Dental Care.

I love this dentist office! The office itself is very nice and clean but the staff is what truly makes it. Everyone from Jessica at the front desk to Danielle the dental assistant to Dr. Patel are all amazing! They treated me and my husband with such care and compassion I am so thankful to have found this dentist. Highly recommend!

Everyone in the office was very kind.
Patty was very nice & explained everything I needed done. I appreciate her for being very patient & thorough with my cleaning. She also took her time & was very gentle as possible. I’m not a fan of needles, but she always asked if I was comfortable & I definitely appreciated that as well. I was new to the area & I’m glad I was able to find a dental office that are passionate about what they do as well as educate their patients on what they need. I highly recommend.

Easy online scheduling, friendly and informative staff! Devin was a great hygienist! Love the intro price and the discount for cash pay like myself since I don’t have insurance. They are transparent about pricing which is appreciated so there are no surprises. Very thorough cleaning and appointment is lengthy so be mindful of this when planning your day. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time but I am flexible. I can see others potentially being upset if it has been a while or first time at this office.

Devan did a great job. He was very informative, gentle and professional. Always a good visit at Caney Crossing Dental.

Karla at the front desk was very helpful. Dr. Saeed and her staff were so informative and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made sure my treatment planned worked for me. They even got me a blanket when I mentioned it was chilly!! Above and beyond! Definitely made a repeat customer out of me.

Patty does a great job on cleaning my teeth. She makes the visit pleasant and we laugh a lot. At checkout, Liz helps you to understand what options are available for you to get your treatment plan in order. Really nice staff and great dentists here!

I had to schedule 3 different appointments until I finally got in. It was well worth it. My first contact was Jessika she was great nice and so pleasant ready to assist at all times. Then I meet Devin my Hygienist very informative explain everything he was doing and what needs to be done with no judgment at all. He was the best really also wanted to know if I was ok did I need a drink I mean above and beyond. Next stop was the Dentist Dr.Patel really we didn’t talk long because Devon had already did everything and he was spot on but Dr. Patel was nice a soft voice just reassuring that we can do this. And last was financial department Ms Karla well I was not happy because I just knew it was expensive BUT infact it was real affordable really affordable I was shocked. Over all great place affordable, and all around nice staff. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

OMG!! My experience with Hygienist Patty and Dr. Saeed was short of amazing!! I was a new patient and received all the needed information with clarity and made sure I understood the options available for treatment and cost.The environment was warm, inviting, and calming considering my nerves where all of the place..I will be returning for future services as well as referrals.

Devon is so amazing! Dentist cleanings make me so nervous but he was so gentle and calming. Dr. Patel is also the literal best dentist I’ve seen in my life and always reassuring and ready to answer any questions!

Before I moved to New Caney I would hate going to the dentist but the whole team is so welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. I love that my teeth feel so clean when I leave. Patty does a fantastic job!

I always dreaded going to the dentist bc of a previous experience but I had to go for a loose tooth and I was stressed about the extraction but Dr. Patel was amazing from the moment she walked into the room. She and her assistant explained the whole process and put me at ease. The whole process took under an hour. She’s definitely my new family dentist!!
