Ross was very friendly and had our power back up very efficiently. The company was able to take care of our needs in just over an hour from time of call to time of completion. We will be using them again if we need any electrical needs

IF ANYONE IS CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ THIS!!!!! I planted perennial shade flowers and dug a little to deep cut the wires underground to my yard light. I called Waters Electric and spoke with Joy (one of the sweetest ladies I have ever spoken to) It was the end of the business day on Monday. She told me she would have someone call me. Early the next morning (Tuesday) JJ called with Waters Electric. I explained my situation with my light. He said I can be there in about 30 minutes. JJ came in about 20 minutes he completed my repair in a SUPER FAST time! He had to dig my flowers up to do the repair. You would never know they were touched! I was VERY WELL PLEASED with his work and I didn’t have to dig deep in my purse for the repair 🙌🏾 JJ was SO kind,polite, friendly and professional at the same time! PLEASE give this company a try you won’t regret it GOD Bless!

The staff( and Ryan,our technician) care about their customers and are service minded! They are Professionals AND real people helping people. Their follow-through is excellent. Happy to have this company in our book of service providers!

After a horrible storm took out the trees over the poles. Marc n Justin was immediately out here fixing it for us. Amazing people and fast service. God bless you guys

One of the best electricians out there. They quoted me very affordable prices on updating some electrical stuff in my house. When I had an issue with my garage they responded within 2 hours and fixed the issue within 15 minutes very happy with the treatment that I've received.

When I had an urgent need blocking a project, these guys were out to my place within 30 minutes. Turned out not to be as urgent as I thought it might be, and I was expecting a hefty service call charge- boy was I pleasantly surprised. My next electrical contract work is absolutely going to Waters Electric. Great experience.

Called on a Friday - they came out and fixed an outlet - response time was great ! That same day - that was only a part of our problem called them back yesterday, they were here first thing this morning .
Found the problem and got us back up and running again .
Second time that we have used Waters Electric this year . We are pleased again . They made a stressful situation not so stressful .

We were able to get an electrician to come out to our house within a day of us starting a claim with our home warranty company. Even though not all of the problems were covered under our plan, Dave was able to make sure that all of our needs were met and was very helpful in explaining our options, giving us quotes, and other suggestions that we could do to remedy the situation. Dave was a very nice guy to work with, I definitely recommend them!
