TR Restaurant & Bar + Lounge

I really wish I could remember our server's name because he did a good job of taking care of us.

The crab cakes were delicious, and the wine menu was 5/5. We sat outside and had a beautiful view of Lake Travis. It was a great place to relax and enjoy good food and wine.

Helmar was my server and did an exceptional job making sure I had a wonderful experience not only service wise but with my food selections. I had the Blood Orange Mocktail, the Ahi Tacos, Truffle Fries, and left with the crumble for dessert. Everything was fantastic!

Helmet is a great server. Very attentive & sensitive to our needs.

If we could rate them 10⭐ we would. Ina, the kitchen manager, the hostess, Cake, & each of our servers for many meals we had there were great. The chef at the TR restaurant is a talented & awesome chef!! The New York steaks melted in our mouths, the garlic mashed potatoes were delicious. Even their Build your own Burger was tasty & juicy. The sweet potato fries & sliced pickles were even homemade! We loved the pickles so much that Ina (restaurant manager) brought us extra pickles to take with us. The breakfast omelettes were light & large, the Apple smoked bacon, & fried potatoes hit the spot. The Texas waffles and the French Toast with coconut & caramelized bananas were best ever! Superb, hand selected employees!

My wife and I dinned here together. The Service was wonderful! Our server Helmar was fantastic, attentive, and friendly. He even went out of his way to get us a complimentary desert for our anniversary! Will definitely be back again

We had dinner here for New Year’s Eve and it was fantastic. We were served a 6 course meal that exceeded our expectations. The presentation was great and everything tasted amazing. Our server, Helmar, was spectacular! He was so personable and really helped us round off our year on a perfect note. Thank you!

Visit Lakeway Resort and Spa several times a year. The staff are always incredible. Shout out to Owen and Glenn! Thank you for a great relaxing afternoon in the restaurant. The wings were delicious.

I had an amazing experience. My server was Helmar and he was extremely helpful and patient. It was my birthday and I was looking for the perfect bottle of wine for the night and he took his time to allow me have a taste of some of the wine before making a pick. He did all this with a smile and graciously. Thank you Helmar.

We really enjoyed our time at the TR Lounge. We especially enjoyed interacting with and being served by Helmar. He did a wonderful job taking care of us. We'd highly recommend people come and enjoy a meal at the lounge.

Helmar is the best! Service was impeccable. We had a wonderful New Year’s Eve dinner with a 6 course tasting menu. All the food tasted amazing and the view was incredible.

I would always order the Mesquite Baby Rib, Blue cheese Pizza again. Very nice view for date night and great service.

Absolutely LOVED the food! We had breakfast each morning and the Crème Brûlée french toast was the absolute best! Would recommend 10 out of 10. Helmar was amazing and very attentive. He also gave wonderful recommendations for local attractions.

Our waiter Helmar was excellent, polite, professional, and had a great attitude. He help make our Sunday Brunch wonderful.

It was great to come during the offseason when there are fewer people. Helmar’s service at the in-house restaurant was fantastic! He was quick, efficient, and very accommodating to me bringing my own tea bags!

Celebrating our tenth year wedding anniversary! Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming.
Manager Bhye was extremely attentive and made sure we had a great experience from the minute we walked up to the door. Recommended to anyone who wants some quite time (in January)and great food.
