Reading Friends of Keller

Reading Friends has been fantastic for our son. He had a rough start to the school year in another program so we switched him to Reading Friends a couple of months into the school year, and he has thrived so much. The learning environment is wonderful, and the staff are all amazing. We will be continuing into pre-k 4 next year. Highly recommend!

We have had an absolutely amazing experience at Reading Friends. After attending another preschool in the area my son was not quite yet ready for Kindergarten. The small class size in their Kindergarten class here was perfect. Everyone is extremely helpful, and great with communication. He has learned so much, and gained so much confidence. He’s now excited for school!

We LOVE reading friends!!!!! The staff is amazing, very seasoned and many of the teachers have been with reading friends for 10 plus years, which says a lot. I feel that my children are not only safe, but loved and cared for. I can’t say enough good things about this place, we are truly blessed to have found Reading Friends.

Reading Friends is a special place! The teachers love what they do and it shows. My daughter has grown leaps and bounds in her speech, imaginative play, singing, and overall disposition towards peers and other adults. She is gaining knowledge by so many avenues and I cannot wait to see how much growth we see next year as well!

Reading Friends is an exceptional school with the best staff. The curriculum and learning environment has helped my little one grow on multiple levels. The teachers and staff care deeply for the kids and I recommend it to any family looking for their first school experience.

Reading Friends is an amazing and caring school. We’ve had the pleasure to have two of our kiddos go through, and our older daughter was clearly better prepared for kindergarten last year when she got to elementary. Our youngest is still at Reading Friends, and she is excelling. I’ve seen the growth in her vocabulary, enjoyment of learning, and socialization. The teachers care, they treat the kids like they are family, and it shows in the results!

Our son has attended this school for two years. I could not be more thrilled with his academic, social, and personal development. He absolutely loves Reading Friends of Keller. He comes home each day not only talking about his teachers and friends, but also about the new information he is learning. Nothing makes a mom happier than seeing her child thrive. I would also like to add that from my perspective, Reading Friends is a dream. Marsha, the owner, communicates all the events and activities in advance and in a helpful manner. Any time I have questions, she is quick to respond and always very helpful. This is true of all the teachers and staff as well. They are all so helpful and most importantly, they are all thoroughly committed to helping my son succeed. Reading Friends is an excellent preschool and I just can't say enough good things about it!

Reading Friends has been an amazing find. My daughter has been at this school since she was 2 and in their Developmental Class. She is 4 now and in Pre-K. The teachers are fantastic, wonderful people who genuinely care about the kids. I am so grateful that I found Reading Friends. My son will hopefully attend in January if they have room for him!

We are in love with this school! It is the perfect school for our family! It is truly a school - not a day care. This is our second year, and I have two children attending. The amount of love and attention they each receive is above and beyond. It feels like all of the teachers and staff know every child in the school - the family atmosphere makes the kids feel so welcome. I couldn't be happier to have my children learning and growing with these amazing teachers! Many of the teachers have been with the school for years (decades!). The curriculum is advanced and stimulating; my kids are learning so much. They come home singing new songs, saying new rhymes. My two year old had trouble adjusting to starting school, and they eased him into it slowly and beautifully. He came home today telling me 'I like school! Yes I do!' I highly recommend this school.

We love Reading Friends! Everyone is so friendly and courteous, feels like a big family. Our 2 year old daughter started this fall and she is so excited to go to school! She loves her teachers.

All of the teachers are extremely experienced and follow an exceptional curriculum designed to bring a child naturally through the developmental process and often come out ahead of their peers. They are caring and understanding and really get to know your child. All of my children are extremely different from one another and Reading Friends has really strives to make each one successful!

I cannot say enough good things about Reading Friends. We were incredibly disappointed not to have pulled from the lottery into preK in Carroll ISD. That disappointment turned quickly into excitement because this school is fabulous. The teachers and director are kind. They treat your children as if they are their own. An example of such kindness is that my daughter came to school one day looking a mess because I went into labor in the middle of the night and her grandpa didn’t know how to do hair. Her teacher took her after class and fixed her hair, knowing that she would be coming to the hospital to meet her baby sister later in the day. My daughter comes home with rhymes and songs and artwork. She is excited to tell me about her day at school. She cries on holidays and sometimes weekends because she wants to go to school. We were so impressed with the school last year that we didn’t enter the lottery for Carroll ISD this year. This school is an absolute gem!!!

We love this school! My son transferred here for Kindergarten. I cannot believe how much he has learned in such a short time and he said, "I had no idea school would be this much fun!" This was a big adjustment for him going to school five days a week and the transition couldn't have been easier on him. I also am very appreciative of the communication from the director and teachers. I always know what is going on and love that we are greeted by our names when entering the building. Wonderful place and will be transferring my youngest here next year.

We love Reading Friends of Keller. Marsha and her staff really love the kids and treat them as their own. They set themselves apart by focusing on their curriculum and truly teaching the children.

I have now had three grand children in the school the teachers are among the best ithat you could hope for The school is run so well they are courteous kind loving it is very clean and the children are so happy and learm more then they could in my Opinion you anywhere else I and there after school activities are amazing

Amazing school for little kids. Love how the teachers encourage independent learning... and you always know you’ve made the right choice when your little one cries on their day off from school :)
