I have found my home at Warrior. I appreciate the opportunities and understanding that they offer. They have worked hard as a company to provide new trucks, and dedicated lanes for the drivers. Kansas City fleet is the best group of drivers I’ve had the privilege to work with.

I have been driving with warrior about 8 months now . Overall the company is great . Management is always ready to hear feedback bad or good . Pay and equipment is top of the industry as well .

I made the transition from a well known larger carrier to Warrior Logistics. I am grateful to work for a carrier that embraces the things that matter most to myself as a seasoned driver recruiter....honoring home time, consistently engaging with operations, and allowing my voice to be heard when advocating for my needs in regards to bringing qualified professional drivers aboard. I witness a lot of accountability and efforts in changing the culture of what we know the trucking industry to be.
I am glad to be apart of the Warrior Logistics Team!!!!!! If you are looking for an environment that is more personalized, understanding, and empowering ....then look no further!

My husband and I have been with Warrior Logistics for about 9 months and I’ve waited to make a review to see if it would keep getting better. As drivers pay, miles. hometime and honestly are what WE have looked for in a company. We get all that and we call Warrior FAMILY. If you need a good company check out this company... you won’t be disappointed!!

Warrior is a fantastic, family run business. They treat employees as part of the family and they genuinely care about you and your concerns. Pay per mile and benefits are excellent and they encourage drivers to run as much as you like.

Warrior Logistics is more focused on drivers than others. They pay well, allow drivers to be in a team or solo, and most importantly, they care about family.

Run……..and I mean run fast……….. they have brand new trucks with air conditioners malfunctioning and expect you to drive in 90 degree weather and do not have alternative tractors to put you in. They staff and managers are very rude and disrespectful……. I would never recommend anyone to work for Warriors Logistics………Scott Allender needs another job……and needs to be fired…….he simply doesn’t know how to hear both sides of a story and make a fair decision and clearly shows no respect for the drivers when a driver is asking for him to just hear their story……… it literally took 3 weeks to hear back from management whether there were going to pay for the breakdown pay and after Marcus the Manager told me he would do something for showing up to work. He clearly dismissed everything that I tried to inform him about……Georgia area for Warrior Logistics is horrible and it’s so bad I wouldn’t even recommend any human being that has integrity to work for this Company………Malinda McFarland I think it’s time to reevaluate who is representing your Company because right now I am not impressed with the vision of your Company……… if I could give a zero star ⭐ I would……… when I asked for the owners name and phone Scott Allender denied 🙅‍♀ that request and told me in a text he will not be giving me any information for the owners and that him as the CEO makes all final decisions……..unacceptable of him…….

Warrier lies from day one. They promise even in writing the amount per mile you will make and the number of miles you will get per week. Please don't believe them. They even have drivers that smoke weed on the road. You can get fired in an instant without write ups or warnings. They say they need drivers, but that is a laugh. I realize many trucking companies lie and don't fulfill their promises. The government needs to get involved and crack down on these corrupt companies. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a job.

Absolutely not the trucking company you want to work for. You will pull for fed ex ground and they will keep teams sitting more than moving expect to sit 12-34 hours a day, majority of your 5 day work week at many terminals. Warrior doesnt care if the truck moves or not just as long as your not sitting at home. Fed ex will talk any kind of way to you, so expect alot of miscommunication, attitudes, and inexperienced dispatching. Warrior films you and listens to your conversations with their cameras in the truck. They dont do driving tests so its drug tests and your hired. No medical insurance until 90 days, no 401k, life insurance, disability, pensions etc.. They will send you out in the snow, ice, floods, hurricanes, wildfires, etc no matter the news/weather channel report and will fire you if you dont go. New equipment that is still faulty if you lucky enough to get one. Trucks are not clean, you have to clean, sanitize, etc..They say they will do it when hired, thats a lie. Work here at your own risk.

My brother and i worked for this company for 2 months in that time we where drug tested twice we both passed all drug test after wards they fired us for covering the inside camera they watch us 24/7 but u are OTR ... No privacy and they never answer the phones nor conducted themselves professionally .. We would have to wait up to 2 days to get loads wasted time and miss opportunities ... Your 34 rest could be on the road or at home get us to it being in the road ... Ms Rita was my recruiter . this placed insured me a stable position .. I left a job paying 1400 a week local in hopes of making 1800 a week ... If your paper work is right find another solution.

They claim they paid .76 team split with 10k sign on but then try to low ball you and pay .72 to make up the 10k sign on bonus which is actually 11,263 smdh don't come work here they sell you a false dream then crush you!!
