GB Design House has great customer service and is super timely ! I ordered matches and napkins for my wedding and they exceeded my expectations. I had a drawing needed to be converted to vector format and they were able to help me in order to make my vision come to life! I LOVE the quality of the matchbooks as well as the shapes, sizes, texture, etc. SO GOOD.

I purchased 3 engraved cheese boards from Gracious Bridal last month for client gifts. I was very impressed with their prompt turnaround and how detail oriented their customer service was. I received a phone call from Katie to double check the personalization on the order. The boards turned out better than expected. I would definitely order from them again.

The printing was done beautifully and the cups arrived on time, but I was very disappointed with the "frost-flex" cup. This cup is VERY bendable, which I think gives it a cheap, flimsy look. The short 9oz cup is particularly pliable. Buyer beware, as I don't think the description gives an accurate depiction of the cup.
