SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin West/Lakeway

Great place to stay. This place is definitely one we will stay again when passing through. The rooms are great and at a great price! The breakfast could have had pancakes or waffles to go with the eggs and sausage. The quality is top notch here.

Building looks Brand new rooms clean and smell great.

Could have positioned the desk differently but still a great value.

Very nice SpringHill Suites. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious, clean, and very up to date. The tv gave you the option to stream from Prime and Netflix with your own account. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was well equipped and everything worked. They have on-sight charging for Teslas.

Location: about 20-30 minutes from downtown
Customer service: great - I had three brief interactions with the staff- once way in advance of my arrival when I called to ask questions about booking with points and explanation of the views from the room. The gentleman on the phone was super patient and helpful and also ended up offering to help me process the booking. I usually do them online myself but this was a pleasant surprise one how easy and delightful this over-the-phone customer experience was. The second and last interaction was checking in and out- both were brief, efficient and I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest.

Room: I had the "North Facing Suite, 1 King, Trundle bed" room. It was true to the photos- I really loved the layout of the room and how spacious it was. I had everything I needed and wished I planned to stay a bit longer to really enjoy it.

Parking: Although I booked this trip with Marriott points, I still had to pay a little over $7 when I checked out for the parking day rate. I think it weird/unnecessary for them to charge for parking- there was plenty of parking (checked in Saturday, checked out Sunday) and the hotel was "in the middle of nowhere" (figuratively speaking) and not in a place like downtown with scarce parking.

Overall I'd return and would recommend this place for a peaceful stay!

Nice hotel located near Scott and White hospital. Good for being near the hospital, not so scenic for visiting Austin.

Art the manager is amazing. I booked the wrong hotel, and he helped me cancel without penalty. I was so grateful. That would have ruined our whole weekend being at the wrong hotel. Thank you again Art.

This is like our fourth or fifth time staying at this hotel within the last year. The rooms have always been clean. Ample towels and the beds are comfy. Plenty of space in the room. I do agree that the first floor can be a bit noisy. Highly recommend second floor and up. People that complain about the TV must not understand that the TV tilts out. It's not that hard.

We've experienced the A/C blowing on us because the unit is next to the bed. Apparently Marriott has been paying attention to customer feedback because they have fixed this problem by placing a clear diverter of some sort on the vent (see pic) so the air blows over you, not at you.

We haven't been able to get up early enough to eat breakfast. Yeah, we're late owls. Lol. They do keep coffee and some fruit available throughout the day in the lobby. My only complaint is that there is no creamer available. I used the two powder packs in the room though.

Staff has always been nice and accommodating. We'll return in the future.

I had by far one of the best experiences with this location. Everything was clean, the breakfast good, but most of all the customer service was outstanding! James greeted me at the front desk every night when coming back to the hotel and was always happy to help with any questions or requests. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again!

Have to say during covid and the winter freeze a couple years ago... this place took care of us, fed us and sent us home with a ton of food.
They literally saved us during that time.
So naturally we stay here.
It's so clean and inviting.
The staff are wonderful and kind.

It's a very nice and clean place to stay! The front staff was so wonderful and attentive to our needs! The room wasn't ready for us when we got there around 9pm but they sure made it up to us the next day when we requested to check out late. The hotel had an issue with the water system and that's why our room was not ready. So we went to eat and came back to a clean room!

Had a business meeting nearby. Friendly staff, very clean room. Breakfast is your standard Springhill breakfast. No complaints. Will look to stay there next time I’m in the area

Incredible experience! Rooms looked just like the pictures, it smelled great EVERYWHERE in the hotel, we had great privacy and the Staff were also very nice! We will be coming back here as a first choice for future Austin trips.

Overall, I love this hotel.

Fairly new, very clean, friendly & professional staff. Quiet. The room had a desk area/glass partition separating it from the bed area which worked out wonderfully for us, my husband could be on his computer while I slept. Disappointed in the very limited snacks they had available.

Overall great stay really nice hotel. You can tell it’s very new was very nice to sleep and clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was good. It was packed with great healthy options.And Waffles 😍

Fantastic 3-night stay in this Springhill suites Lakeway location. Manager David was especially helpful. Rooms were ultra quiet, very clean, and spacious with West Elm furniture. Good parking and safe location within 30 min of Austin. Bonus that they greatly improved the hot breakfast since a previous stay here. This hotel is well managed and well maintained. 12/10 stars!

This Springhill is super friendly, accommodating, and clean! So glad we stayed here for our Austin area trip! Perfect location for Lake Travis side of town!

The facility was top notch. Clean and staff was there to serve the customer. We will be back for sure. Location is a little bit out of the way. But everything is growing up around this area so soon it will be on the middle of everything.
