An amazing experience! Dee Cortesio, the manager at the Hill Country Galleria location, is the BEST! We explained our situation to Dee. She calmly walked us through the science of the zero gravity recliner and explained how it might help my wife with her back pain. She encouraged my wife to try out several different models and explained the difference in each one. The relief was immediate. My wife was thrilled. I could not get her out of the showroom recliner. We purchased a Hale Zero Gravity Recliner with both heat and massage. Their “white glove service” brought it out and set it up at our house. Everything was perfect. My wife loves her Hale Premiere Zero Gravity Recliner with heat and massage. Thank you Dee! And thank you Relax the back. What an amazing product; what a great store; and what a great group of folks to help walk you through the process.

Recently had major spine surgery and ordered a chair from them, the woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful in finding me the right chair. Once said chair was found she got the delivery all set up and the chair was at my house the next day. Now I have more places to relax while I recover.

We took a few months to research and test different massage chairs. We made multiple visits to this store and every time they were very paitent, and kind with all of our testing, questions and repeated testing and questions. Customer service is top notch! The product Super Nova Human touch massage chair is incredible! We are very happy with the product and more imporantly the people behind the product!

Christine is the most helpful employee. Christine went out of her way to resolve an issue I had with a chair. I cant say enough good things about Christine and her manager, Dee. I think they both deserve big raises!

The salesperson paid such good attention to my needs and was so accommodating. I bought an ergonomic desk chair and he made sure I knew how to adjust it properly and sit correctly using a computer. It has helped my "hip aches" tremendously.

Not only are the chairs incredibly comfortable and supportive for your back, the customer service is top notch. Sierra specifically was an enormous help, very knowledgable, and caring. Thank you for this all around great purchase!

Dee and Scott were very professional. The two chairs were delayed and I my back has been miserable. So Scott and Dee loaned us a temporary chair. One of the chairs had a small scratch on the wood and they are changing out the base. They have bent over backwards (no pun intended!) to help. The chairs are awesome.

Both austin locations went out of their way to ensure I found the chair that I could “live” in with my new home based position. Steve in the Arbor location is fabulous-very knowledgeable and professional.

This store is clean, neat and organized. There were employees who were up to greet customers right away and did a perfect pillow fitting. Zero gravity chairs are cool.

The chairs I bought are good; however, the men that delivered them smelled like they had just finished smoking pot. If that is “white glove delivery and set up”, our world is in trouble.
