Really great store. Lots of choices and options... great wine selection of not just low-end and middle tier options but they also have some pretty high-end stuff in there with people that know a great deal about not just the wines but the Vineyards as well. I've been pleasantly surprised at some of the recommendations I have been given especially when it comes to Zinfandels at this location in particular.

The only negative about this location I'd say is the location of where exactly the mini-bottles are. They are right in the front like in front of the cashiers which makes it really strange to just have a bunch of people crowding that section of the store. My friend and I were in here looking at the mini's once and there was a drunk guy who just came in and stumbled by us and two employees. It was clear that he did not need any more of what he had already in his system and the customer was pretty agitated. With so much glass in the store it almost feels as if you need like a security officer or something in there at all times. I can't imagine having to work there and having to deal with something like that without the help of a security officer to be honest. Yes it was one time but even still there aren't many people working there usually and it's a massive store for just a few people to run/manage. Anyway thats my review. Peace! -DD

When I ask for something they always take me right to it and quite often suggest another brand to try that is a little less but still a good quality.

Well stocked with a wide variety of... everything. Staff are helpful and nice. Not that big of a cold beer selection, but wine and liquor selections are amazing. They also have a classroom in the back which had 20 or so couples who looked like they were having a good time as I walked past.

Sampled Goodnight Loving Vodka and was shocked at how smooth it was. Bought two bottles. This is my new go to vodka.

Visiting from a state where we don’t have Total Wine. From entrance to checkout, I was very impressed. Staff and selection was more than I expected. Everyone was so helpful and nice, not pushy at all. I asked for some recommendations and they were awesome! Got some great wine I wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Keep doing what you’re doing and thanks for the awesome experience!

Every person in this store will literally bend over backwards to make your shopping easy and enjoyable! They are lovely to chat with and make my shopping experience great every time! I cannot express how wonderful the staff is here!

This branch is farther from the place I live, but I prefer this one because they have better import beer selection and the store associates and cashiers are all extremely friendly and positive! Keep it up guys and thank you!

Great selection of goodies

This is a favorite date night stop, walk the galleria and then stop in and spend way too much on the best assortment in Austin. Oh, and the sampling is fantastic every time, I always leave happy!
