Best Buy

I'll start this by saying we didn't go on the weekend. I hear that it's absolutely crazy busy on the weekend so I'm sure service might not be as good if you go on a weekend.

Now having said, the two times we went into the place (on a week day), service was prompt, helpful and friendly.

We had a small issue with the delivery of our fridge but that was a third party delivery company, not really best buys fault...
They still made an effort to make it right for us which was good of them.

Then we had an issue that our fridge died within a month of us buying it, so best buy swapped it for a new fridge.
All dealings with them have been professional and really good. Would recommend them for sure .... especially if you can find time during the work week to go:)

Going to Best Buy is usually a chore, but the folks who work at this one have made it enjoyable. The young man in the TV section helped me pick out the right TV and sound bar.

They were super helpful, gave me the online price, and helped me buy an item from another location because the product was sold outat their location

This shoutout is over a year late, but I just wanted to give big thanks to a young lady named Alex (I think) that gave superb customer service. I was in the process of purchasing a new phone because I had lost mine tubing in the river, and Alex was going above and beyond to help me pick and set up my new phone. As we were calling my number to make sure it connected to the new phone, a couple of scuba divers miraculously picked up the call (on my original phone) and said they had found it in the river. I felt so bad making Alex help me for an hour trying to pick a new phone, only to discover my original one was found, but she graciously helped me return the new phone and was still very happy for me. I hope she is doing well and has been rewarded for her great customer service.

John was very helpful, professional and well informed about the products he was selling. His expertise was invaluable in our decision. Thanks John!

Truly one of the last beacons of a true customer service experience. Although not perfect, but a personal interaction during a purchase is always more satisfying. Especially if you end up getting exactly what you were looking for.

Simba worked with me for a solid 30 mins to help me figure out which headphones actually were noise canceling. Very kind. Thank you.

We’ve always had a great experience at this particular location. It’s a smaller store so they don’t necessarily have as many options in stock but the service is excellent. And that makes it worth it. Special shout out to Maddie in Smart Home Pro; she’s a gem. I really feel like she went out of her way to help me today and that just doesn’t happen very much anymore. Thank you!

Angela and Flor were awesome! We couldn't find evidence of a previous purchase and they took the time to go over video from over a month ago, identify the register and produce a receipt for me! Now THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had the best experience at Best Buy today. I am 39 years old. My family got our first home computer when a kid. My first cell phone wasn't until my 2 year old college. I don't speak "tech," game or zoom. So walking into Best Buy to buy a laptop was overwhelming. A woman name Alex helped me. She was SO kind and patient. She was hustling around to help others; still managing to devote me all the attention I needed. I couldn't have chosen without her! Customer service like that is a genuine treasure!

We have purchased a refrigerator, several Televisions, phones, Ring camera etc. from this store over the years. The Geek Squad did the installation at home. They have provided consistently good service and advise about the care and maintenance of our purchases.

Wow wow wow Maddie is the most amazing employee! She is so knowledgeable and helpful! Just bought the newest iPad and all its components and there's absolutely no way we could've done it without her. She was patient and kind working with us who, as a couple, know nothing about technology. Thank you so much Maddie , we are thrilled with our purchase!

Phillip Manglos gets 5 stars! I arrived at this Best Buy location with a very complicated mobile phone situation. It seemed easy on the surface, but turned out to be ALL but easy! Phillip could have told me that my situation was hopeless, and I would have understood why. Rather than do that, Phillip did not give up! He even switched around his lunch break to continue working with me. He went above and beyond in his professionalism and is clearly highly knowledgeable in his job. The level of customer service he provided was outstanding! I was also very impressed with his ability to multitask as he helped me and continued to support his co-workers by answering their questions and supporting their training. He never once got flustered or made me feel like a bother for my situation. I am very grateful to him for his perseverance and his "can do" attitude. I left a very happy customer and it was thanks to him! Good job, Phillip! You are an asset to the Best Buy team and an asset to your customers. Thanks again for all your help!

Came in looking for a certain piece of equipment, James one of the managers there immediately assisted me . He knew exactly what I was looking for and was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable on not only the equipment and technology but also the equipment warranties. It was very refreshing to experience that level of customer service.

Just had a 5 star experience with Best Buy in Bee Cave. Phillip, a manager, made my life sooooo easy. He helped me with an exchange, added my Black Friday purchase of a new phone to my Best Buy rewards (because the store I bought it from had not), answered all my questions, saved me money, scheduled an appointment to transfer my phone data, etc. He handled it all without me having to go to multiple departments. The other folks who assisted me before Philip were also friendly and helpful.
