Star of Texas Credit Union

I've been a customer with star of texas credit union for eight years and the staff has always been helpful and informative because of this credit union has helped me through so much they turn things around for me , Noe and Jaime has been a great help with loans explaining to me how i can save or what could be beneficial to me financially and much credit to the staff that works the front when i walk in or when they see me in the drive through they they alway made me feel welcomed giving that old school customer service charm.

I recently started an account and the representative, Daisy, was extra nice and helpful. The manager set up my accounts very quickly and I received some pretty good promotional items for joining.

I want you to know how pleased I am with the outstanding service Eli provided. She is very professional and cares about Star of Texas Credit Union members. Always has a smile and makes sure I understand my accounts.

A few days ago I called and Eli offered great costumer service helping my mom set up her online banking. During this process she made things easy and clear to understand.Over all I had a great and positive experience.

StarOfTexas is in my opinion the best credit union in Austin. Friendly and courteous service is always provided. Eli and Eric always happily greet their customers and provide great customer service.

I am reviewing startxcu because of a most recent experience. I have been with startxcu since mid 1980's. The only issues with them have been when the website has been updated, twice within the last several years if my memory is correct. And a few times a callback was expected but not done by anyone. This CU has been very helpful in accommodating me with what I call my "money managenent", getting the best return on certain funds. Most recently, I'd put off doing my 2020 tax return and needed a document. Juanita was very helpful and if I hadn't received the last minute, prompt service she gave me, I'd have had to file my return late. Although I don't visit the location as much as I used to, it does seem their turnover rate might be a little high but I can't say for sure. Maybe that's why there are some negative reviews. Thank you, Juanita, for the good service you me.
