La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lakeway

The LaQuinta in in Lakeway is updated in a trendy, attractive way. It is clean, pet friendly, has a pool with new and cute patio furniture, an evening outdoor gathering area and a great breakfast. If you are visiting the Westlake area or Lakeway, I recommend this hotel, it is near essential highways and is right in the middle of an outdoor mall with restaurants in walking distance and an HEB next door.

We come back here year after year for our company management summit. The meeting room rate is extremely reasonable and Nidya always goes above and beyond to ensure our event goes smoothly. I love that we can walk to High Five from there for our teambuilding events and it's surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants. Highly recommend!

This place is in the heart of Pflugerville. Restaurants, entertainment and shopping are literally within walking distance! Staff is incredible and rooms are clean!

First thing I noticed when I walked in was a smell of a gas leak. I immediately brought up the smell to the front desk. She addressed they were having issues with a boiler and were having it fixed. Otherwise, the front desk lady was super friendly and checked us in fast. There lots of fast food & dine in options at a walking distance or 3 minute drive max. Also, an HEB located at walking distance. In a nice and quiet area. Our room & bathroom were very clean. Their snack and food store downstairs in the lobby does not have many options. I think that’s something they could add more items to so that guest have more options to chose from.

I shared a room with someone that had a pet and we were impressed by the acceptance of the fur babies! Great area for their needs and some great trails for exercise! The staff was wonderful! 😊

My son left his wallet at the hotel after we checked out. I received a message from the manager later that day to please contact her. She confirmed they found the wallet and promptly had it FedExed to our home in Colorado. The rooms were clean and the lobby was really nice and had a great space for gathering with family for breakfast and hanging out in the evenings. Lots of restaurants right in the same parking lot and nice walking trail with a pretty little pond. . Great free breakfast!

Checked in late and stayed overnight in a comfortable, nicely-appointed, clean room. Slept like a rock! Up and out early the next morning. Desk staff were very welcoming. Curbside parking just outside the front door at this location. I'd definitely stay here again. 🙂

This hotel is incredible - very clean - the beds are really comfortable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The lobby is large with lots of seating, it was a great gathering place for our family and friends that were in town for our son's wedding. And we had quite the crowd! The location is great - you can walk to several great eateries just across the parking lot - no need to drive! There is an HEB food store right across the street for any last minute snacks you might need.

The room was clean and fresh. The bathroom needed to go over one more time to get to the level of cleanliness of the guest room. The staff was friendly and helpful when needing information and handling a guest request. Overall this property was amazing to stay at and I will definitely be booking here again whenever I need to come to Austin for business.

This hotel was amazing. Clean room, wonderful linens, comfy bed. Loved the bright decor in the room. Stayed in town for a meeting nearby & location was great. Beautiful hill country area. It was .my first time to the area. Will definitely stay here again. Helpful courteous front desk staff.

Our overnight stay was delightful! Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Covid sanitation and mask wearing was visible. Decor and furniture was very inviting! Our room was definitely clean and welcoming. Breakfast was offered, although we were not able to partake... a family member said it was delicious and many options were available. I was completely impressed and will definitely stay again. Thank you La Quinta, for providing a nice and relaxing stay!

We had a doctor’s appointment scheduled for past our check-out time and asked the front desk if we could rent the room for a “half day” or maybe rent the room for an additional couple of hours. Not only were they able to accommodate our request, they allowed us to stay the extra couple of hours at no additional charge! Wow. We couldn’t believe the incredible customer service! The room was nice, the price was fantastic and the customer service was amazing. Sorry we didn’t catch the names of the two front desk folks, one male, one female, but we strongly recommend staying here!

I had a great stay. The room was larger than expected and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. The surrounding restaurant and stores were in walkable distance making everything quite accessible

This hotel was clean, updated, and perfectly located. The suites are clean, smell clean, and have nice upgraded features. The bed was nice and comfortable. The staff was nice and inviting. The location is right in the middle of a strip surrounded by restaurants, a gaming center, shops, and a grocery store. Everything is in walking distance, it’s perfect. The amenities were open too. We did have trouble with the heat not working and they did look at it but there was something wrong with the thermostat. overall this is a great place to stay and visit. Beautiful views and scenery!! You will love it!!

This hotel is modern & spotless! The lobby, rooms, & pool area all look BRAND NEW!

The real star is the staff! Nidya Barmett, after I had an issue with Wyndham points, resolved it immediately! I was issued a refund within 30 mins! She was very understanding & instantly became the highlight of the entire experience! I see a mega bonus in her future! Thanks Nidya Barmett!

This is an amazing La Quinta with an even more amazing staff! Jean-Marie went above and beyond to make sure the night before our wedding was extra special. I can't thank her enough! Aside from the friendly staff, the facility itself is in excellent condition, feels like it was recently built. The elevators were quick, the room was modern and clean, even the keycard readers on outside doors worked flawlessly. There's tons of places to eat within walking distance. A great place to stay.

We stay in Lakeway when visiting my Dad who lives down the road, 1.5 miles away. Nedia is amazing, kind, and made our stay special by enabling a 9am check in - seamlessly. Highly recommend for a restful, clean, and friendly hotel experience. Thank you. Dr Joseph
