Absolutely excellent. I came into the shop mid-November looking for a very specific type of stone and setting for an engagement ring—one I needed in under 5 weeks. NOT ONLY did they happen to have the perfect sapphire for the ring, Alida went above and beyond to make sure the setting was perfect and that we got the custom ring completed within my timeframe and budget. She was both professional in her advice and assessments, as well as warm in her interactions, which made the entire experience exciting instead of stressful.

We recently moved into the Lakeway area and I had been looking for a jeweler, most recently to repair a missing diamond on my engagement ring. After having another large local jewelry establishment tell me they couldn’t help me, I stumbled upon Eco. Guys, this place is FANTASTIC. They went above and beyond to quickly source a specific color diamond for my ring and repair it, while keeping me in the loop with consistent communication. Everyone at Eco is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Y’all have a customer for life! Also, the inventory of jewelry is stunning, I’ll be back soon :)

Kind, courteous, professional are some of the words that come to mind when thinking about this wonderful jewelry store. I went in on a whim and Alida was extremely hospitable knowledgeable and just outright awesome to chat with! Even though they have many many expensive pieces they are so humble and welcoming! I purchased two amazing watches from them and will be back for more! They also have an eBay store which is definitely worth checking out! I had some old jewelry that I had been waiting years to get repaired so I decided to finally head over to Eco Estate Jeweler's to get it done and let me just say wow….. I’m so glad I found this place. Firstly, the owner Eric (and all of the staff for that matter) are extremely kind, knowledgeable in all types of jewelry, and very helpful when it comes to all things stones, materials, eras etc. Not only did they do an amazing job repairing the pieces (my mothers 40 -year old engagement ring looks brand new) - they did it in such a timely manner and for an exceptionally reasonable price. I could not be more thrilled by the work and would recommend this place to anyone! In addition to repairs, they also have an incredible, unique jewelry selection for purchase that you just won’t find at a “ big name” brand jewelry stores (vintage, antique, ethnic- you name it they probably have it) Everything in there looks like it belongs in a Museum rather than a store and I cannot wait to come back after Christmas and pick up some new treasures. We purchased my estate engagement ring and my husband’s custom wedding band from Eco Estate. Eric and Alida were incredibly accommodating (across 3 resizings for me!) and personable. My fiancé has been shopping here for years and remembered seeing a ring there I might like when we were shopping for my wedding ring. He showed it to me online and I was scared to wear a ring from that era, (because of my

The staff at Eco Estate Jewelry helped me try on rings, and we had the BEST time doing it. They have so many amazing pieces! Once I tried on the ring he showed me in person, he was 100% right! I fell in love with that ring.

Eco Estate has stellar customer service. They were awesome about a lay-away plan, resized it for no additional charge and with barely any turnaround! We tell EVERYONE about this jewelry store. We are most definitely going to continue to buy all our precious and semi-precious jewelry from them!

I ran into this place by accident and boy was that the biggest blessing!!!!! I was previously estimated 2-3 weeks to have my wedding ring resized and with my wedding quickly approaching I was running out of time. I stumbled in here and figured I’d ask, because why not. Well I’ll be damned if they didn’t have it back the very next day, sized LIKE A GLOVE, and LITERALLY LOOKED CLEANER AND SPARKLIER THAN WHEN I FIRST BROUGHT IT BRAND NEW! They even cleaned my engagement ring too! They were priced AMAZING, and also had the fastest turn around I have ever seen considering my extreme circumstance.

My mother in law dropped my ring off for me and they were so sweet and kind to her as well! So definitely brownie points making mama happy!

It is safe to say this will 100% be our go-to jeweler for purchases, repairs, and anything custom needing done! I refuse to go anywhere else now!!!!!

Love, love, love this place and these people. Eric and Alida and their staff have our trust and have treated us well. We've referred friends and family alike. It's a full-service store, in that we've not only bought new, and antique, but had jewelry modified to work with our heirloom jewels. Make this part of your regular places to drop by and your wife will be happy. (Check out their art on the walls as well, it's part of the package).

I found my engagement ring here and can't say enough good things. They had a variety of wonderful rings to look at and the staff pulled various options based on my feedback. I never felt like they were trying to do any hard selling, just that they sincerely wanted to help me find the ring that was right for me. I'm looking forward to buying more jewelry from them again in the future!

Such a great experience with Eco! Alida was so helpful and thoughtful and they have a great selection! They were very responsive and did the work we requested on a piece so quickly, would highly recommend!

Great energy and all the sales reps as well as the owner are so friendly and easy to work with. I've worked in fine jewelry several times and this store tries their hardest to meet your needs and work with you. I couldn't be happier about my experience.

Amazing customer service! Eric examined several pieces of diamond jewelry in detail and looked up pricing for different markets. Also untangled a pendant chain that was in a giant knot. All at no charge! Great people here. Highly recommend!
