Very reasonable, pleasant, and capable. Parking is usually difficult but it's worth some extra effort to go here. They are honest and bend over backwards to be helpful.

I took my iPhone here about a year ago when it fell off the top of my truck onto the freeway & got ran over by cars multiple times! I could not believe that they could fix it? And they did! Amazing & very fair price! Also gave me a loaner phone which really helped & I will be back again! (I just do not GET ANY of these negative reviews? Does NOT FIT MY EXPERIENCE! ) they were great!

Amazing service, my girlfriends phone was broken completely and mine wouldn’t charge except with one charger, I came to buy one maybe two phones, and instead he fixed both of them, saved me literally 7-800$

Came in @ 4:35 on a Sunday totally with a broken phone expecting to drop off and pick up the next day. Phone Clinic hooked it up and had me out by 5 same day. Great work great price great vibe.

Customer service is great. They’re nice and friendly. They fix quickly for a decent price. I saved my time and money. They even gave me a free screen protector which is almost 10 dollars. I had doubts about them when I saw some 1 star reviews. However, I do not think these reviews are even real. I have had experienced only positive vibes with these guys. One person wrote “they fixed my phone and I brought back to Apple. Apple told me that the shop couldn’t fix it properly.” What Apple suppose to say? They wanna make money and they charge at least 3 times more money than what these guys charge.

They were able to fix my son's iPhone that had both the screen and back severely cracked. It took less than 2 hours and the price was reasonable. The associate was friendly.

I spent hours at Best Buy and 30 minutes at the Genius Bar. They all gave up on fixing my iPhone 6 (using Apple’s approved troubleshoot and repair process). But Phone Clinic fixed it in less than 15 minutes! Also very affordable. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a phone out of warranty.

They replaced the screen on my iPhone 11 in an hour and they charge a lot less than most other phone repair shops. Highly recommend.

After I dropped my new Motorola phone, I couldn't get the speaker to work, and I really thought I was going to have to buy another one and go through the hours of setting it up again. But I work nearby and saw the Phone Clinic UAB had excellent Google reviews, so decided to give them a call. I took it in, and the technician spent less than three minutes to diagnose AND FIX the problem.

I was so grateful and glad not to have to buy another phone. When I asked what I owed him, he insisted it was free, since (from his perspective) it was a very minor issue. Well, for me, it was major issue that would have made my phone nearly unusable. He refused to take any money for helping me out of my bind.

I would absolutely take my phone back here with any kind of issue and recommend others do the same. It's likely to be easier and faster, and maybe ultimately cheaper, than dealing with a manufacturer, big box store, or warranty program. Great local business--really treated me like a neighbor. Very highly recommended!

I called the Phone Clinic because my iPhone 6s was suddenly showing a very weird screen and would not shut off. It went to their voicemail and I did not leave a message. To my very pleasant surprise, Babek called me back and even diagnosed the situation over the phone. The solution he prescribed worked and it didn't cost a dime! This is incredible customer service and I assure you that I will go there is I ever have a problem AND I will recommend it to the world!

Bob was so helpful and knowledgeable. He stocked the part I needed and repaired my phone in 2 hours. The level of service I received was top notch and is rarely seen nowadays. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! He also sells phones for great prices.
